What has the world come to that this is the way we communicate and look for a partner. We hide behind computers and phones and other devices. I have been against internet dating forever and I finally caved. I am a social butterfly and I love interacting with people. I like getting to know all different types of people and I have many different types of friends. I think outside the box and I want someone who will embrace that and go on an adventure with me. The most important thing to me is mutual respect. I can't stand to be disrespected and that is a huge deal-breaker for me. The first date should be kept very casual. A quick coffee would be great just to see if we get along.. Haha. ;)

I'm 28 years old and I am ready to settle down. It has taken me a while to figure out exactly what it is I want out of life, but now that I have figured out, I wont stop until I've gotten it. I've been teaching for five years and I love working with the kids. I'm not necessarily thrilled with the politics in education, but the kids make it worth dealing with it. Music is probably my biggest passion. I play guitar and bass. I have recently began to really focus on playing and writing. I play in the praise band at my church and i absolutely love it. Though I'm far from perfect and have not always made the best choices, my faith is very important to me and I hope to find someone who shares that quality. My sheer existence is by the grace of God and i thank Him every day for it. This is the one area I will not waiver in when it comes to a relationship. I am very laid back. I enjoy reading and writing. I hate onions and mayonnaise. I love to travel and try new things. I am quite spontaneous and am always up for an adventure. I suppose if there's anything else you want to know, I'm a message away :) Something atypical would be nice. While I'm totally fine with the occasional dinner and movie, I'm a big fan of finding something else to get into.
