Looking for: man. In age: 24-34
I am a Christian and feel that is a very important part of who I am. I am hoping to find a man who shares similar views on God. If you do not have a church you attend regularly, we most likely will not be a good match. I am by no means a bible thumper or charismatic, but feel that being Christian is more than just saying it. Right now I'm finishing my BA in international relations and hope to get a job with a non profit that works with South America. I would love to start a nonprofit one day, but one step at a time.I am a sucker for antiques. I love old hard back books. I feel like we throw sooooo many usable items away so I like fixing up old furniture, reconstructing old clothes, and creating treasures out of things I find in thrift shops. I absolutely love music. I honestly listen to a lot of EDM, house, dubstep, etc. But hate the scene that comes with the music. I do have a hipster side when it comes to music as well :0)I LOVE dancing! At the moment I take ballet classes, but am by no means a ballerina lol ( I can also tap dance ). Dancing makes me happy and I would do it all day if I could. I also love to travel. It's important for me to find someone who wants to experience new places and cultures. I think the best first date is going somewhere where you can just talk and get to know each other like a coffee shop. Bars are absolutely the worst!!!

Me:* My passions are teaching, music, and friends/family. * I am a intermediate teacher at a low income school and I love my job and my kids* I'm either running or going to the gym ***days a week* I'm blunt, loud and outgoing, my friends/family calls me "5ft tall, 6feet attitude"* I'm on this to meet someone who I might not meet in everyday life* I love to sing, I'm not the best but it makes me happy.* I listen to music very frequently, and I love r&b and hip hop.Cole, Jay-Z. Positives if: * You can laugh at yourself and you laugh at my jokes* You can do for yourself, and are accomplishing your goals* You're open, and outgoing. * You're into fitness* You're smart*You're artistic* You're positive* You like r&b and hip hop. If I was with someone on a road trip, I would want it to be where we could put on a album and jam together, Not just deal with each others choice of music.Negatives if:*You just say "Hey" or any other form of minimal greeting.*You have tons of shirtless pics. I get it that you might be proud of your body, but If every pic is you half naked with sunglasses on I feel like I'm 17 and we're on myspace. We're grown. Put some clothes on. *Your profile doesn't say anything about you. I read that stuff so if you don't write anything I figure you're either closed off or lazy. Anything but a movie.

I try to be down to earth and honest with people. I smile and laugh as much as possible (when appropriate). I tend to put others first and don't have too many moments of selfishness. Often get told I'm very cheerful, friendly, caring, and a weird hybrid of nerd, geek and outdoorsy. Friends joke that I'm one of the guys and drama free (because drama annoys me and I tend not to associate myself with it!)These days I've been trying to be more adventurous and doing more physical activities to get fitter and healthier (not quite there but greatly improved from before). I study Shorinji-kan Jiu-Jitsu so you may see me bruised up a lot from it. Recently tried Parkour for the first time, would love to learn to do that better. Pretty good at baking, cooking not so much. But I do make an amazing breakfast!I have grey and green eyes, hence selecting "Other".I'm not necessarily looking for someone who's geeky, only because I've dated so many of those in the past and none of them have worked. So if you consider yourself pretty geeky, I'd pass on messaging me. I'm going in a direction where I would like to meet someone with enough interests different from mine. It would be nice to meet such a person and expose each other to those interests and discover new possibilities. My profile says "Looking to date but nothing serious", only for now. I would prefer to date someone for a while and then down the road figure out if there's long term potential. Organic development is always the best way. Really prefer to avoid the cliche's like dinner or movies, but I'm not opposed to these. I would mainly avoid movies for a first date because you really can't talk to each other. A little creativity is always appreciated.
