Well, here it goes. Let me start by saying, I have been here before. I have met some great guys but also have met some royal jerks. I am not here looking for sex, if I need it that bad, I can hit the bars, on that note, so can you. If this is what you are here for, keep scrolling because I am not "putting out" until I am in a committed relationship. I take pride in my appearance and so should you. Not saying you have to be in stellar shape, but I def don't want someone under the average status. If you put average and truth be that you're a chunk... I do not want a man with nasty teeth, this is by far the most important. I want a man with his hair, all of it, if you shave it just because you feel like it, fine. But if you're shaving it to cover your receding hairline, you aren't fooling anyone. I prefer my man to be tall.     Ok, so honestly I've been "encouraged" by my friends to "get out there and meet someone" apparently this involves displaying a photo that looks like nothing you ever want displayed, and writing enticing things about yourself so potential partners will think you're awesome....Well, I really like myself, and my friends have stuck around for a quite a while,so I think I'm a keeper in their eyes at least.I've been a little disillusioned, like many of you with this dating thing. I think people sometimes misrepresent themselves, or maybe we just expect something different. Me? I just want honesty, be yourself and we'll see. Most people say they want long term relationships but that requires time to get to know one another, really if it's going to work. Here's a little info..... First and foremost I am a Mom. My first child is now fully grown, married and absolutely amazing! My second child is 11 and lives with me. I would love a long term relationship but for some this seems to be a deal breaker. I'm pretty easy going. It takes a lot to make me angry. I prefer not to waste my time on negativity, it just sucks all the happy out of life! After all isn't happy what we are all after? What makes me happy?... The aroma of a wonderful meal cooking, fresh cut grass, the sun warming my skin, a cool dip in the river on a hot summer day, a glass of red wine to go with the red sauce on my steaming pasta. The sound of laughter from anyone but especially from those I love. Oh and music, everything is better with music. I enjoy the company of friends and family. outside or in, summer or winter. I have a large very close family we love, respect,and support each other unconditionally. I'd love to find someone to share all those things with, and anything they'd like to add to the list! WOW!
