I coach youth hockey, which means I drink a lot of coffee. I also coach (and play) adult women's hockey, which means I drink a lot of beer. If I were the kind of coach who threw tantrums and screamed wildly at my players, I would run the risk of spilling. And I believe that wasted beer, discarded coffee, and general yelling are all counterproductive.
