About Me

I'm a very social person and also thoroughly enjoy my time at home. I would consider myself a homebody although it can be difficult to be a homebody when I'm out socializing a lot. I have friends near and far. My furthest friend is from Australia. Although that may sound challenging, we do see each other every year.My family is very important to me. We all live very close to each other and do see each other a lot. My parents marriage is my inspiration to find that best friend who I can laugh with, be silent with, by myself with and who will always have my back. The fall and winter are my favorite seasons. That could partly be because I'm a figure skater. I've been doing it for about 20 years. I also love the colours of fall. Hiking through the bush and seeing the sun shining through the trees can put anyone in a good mood. I also enjoy snowshoeing in the winter. Nothing beats getting bundled up and going outside in the fresh air then coming in to a nice warm and cozy house.I have a good job at our local municipality. I've been in the Finance Department there for about 8 years now. I'm also taking extra College courses in Accounting to better myself for work and also to test my brain and challenge myself.
