I have always found it extremely difficult to talk about myself. In part it has a lot to do with the fact that I have never met anyone else like me. I have several hobbies that no one would expect me to have. I have a tendency to be quiet in the beginning but once I feel comfortable I'm sort of a big goofball... If you find dry wit to be funny. My family and friends mean more to me than anything else (including my car, cell phone, and wine... Not all at once). Lastly I'm a dreamer... I have an idea in my mind of exactly what I want in life and I refuse to settle for anything less. I've yet to have a good first date with someone I've met through online dating. So I guess I don't really know what I want other than to have good conversation and laugh with someone. In my opinion that is the beginning of a friendship and possible more...

I'm very socially awkward. I've been shanked before (It was a toothbrush. I was working in the jail--I was not a resident). I do not have swag, whatever that is. Seeing roadkill makes me sad. Good manners are awesome. If you're rude to people, especially those who's job it is to serve you, you're a crummy person. A pleasant conversation over adult beverages at a bar that isn't so loud that we have to scream at each other to converse would be ideal.
