I am a very outgoing, friendly, genuine person. I have a bubbly personality and love people. The most important things to me are my family, friends, and my relationship with God. I am finishing up my Masters in Counseling in December and currently am counseling at a local agency and working at a running store full time. I am a very busy person, which is why I am on here. I am very hard-working and driven to do much in my life, but I am no work-aholic. I am a big believer in bucket lists and I am already working on checking things off of mine. A big passion of mine is to do a lot of traveling throughout my life, in the states and in other countries. I am devoted to working out a few times a week in order to stay healthy and fit. I like to lift weights, run, and do other types of cross training for cardio - its very important to me! I love being outdoors, such as going camping, fishing, hiking, etc. Food is also a big love in my life! Haha! I love me some good food! I am pretty laid back and am far from high maintenance. I know what I want out of life and I strive to achieve my goals! This is just a small glimpse into the unique and awesome person I am! Ha! Anymore questions...just ask.Lastly, my intent is to not jump into something with someone right off the bat. I am okay with building a friendship then if things progress, great; if not, then that's ok too. Something fun! Not the traditional dinner and a movie; although, dinner is still good since a girl's gotta eat! But I like fun, laid back, and/or spontaneous things :) whether it is something crazy and fun, or simple and easy....

I would describe myself as both creative and artistic (but I'm not pretentious about it). I would also say that I am very witty, and can appreciate a good sense of humour. I like being silly in the right situation (but not immature), and would say that I am pretty outgoing and energetic.I listen to a wide range of musical genres, and enjoy good food and conversation. I also have a fairly large collection of pez dispensers. After finishing a four year degree in cultural studies, I have concluded that it wasn't a completely practical step towards finding a career, and have been planning to go back to school.Wow...I sound boring today.

I work in the film and tv industry, and I can't imagine doing anything else. Essentially I just organize things but it's good depending on who you're working with. It's primarily contract based so I'll switch jobs often or like the time being be sans job which is nice every now and again. I've never lead this unemployed life before though so I'm still figuring out exactly what to do with my time. I've always had a little resentment to those lucky young people out at a cafe at 1pm and now I'm amongst their ranks, BEST. Also if you feel like meeting up at a cafe at 1pm on a workday I'm in. I've found myself doing a lot of crafting as a result which is a lot of fun at the very least and it's been a big hit for a few birthday gifts. That's right, I make things from nothing, I'm pretty much magic. I've always only ever been in relationships with people I've met in real life so this is my first real sware into trying to date via online dating. It's been interesting. Yea. Interesting. I really love camping though it's been way too long since I've been portaging. I'm finally really learning more about food and how to cook and really enjoying it. Every once in a while i'll watch a vegetarian propaganda film and almost switch back (I was a vege for 5 years). But I haven't gone all the way back....yet. Basically I'd rather talk to you in real life then on the computer. I don't want to have a long engaging e-mail connection I want to talk to a real person. So if we've written a few messages back and forth how about we just meat up ***? cool. I think it's nice to start on no one's home turf. Pick a spot at random in-between each others houses and commit to nowhere to go for better or worse (though that sounds awkward for a first date when I put it that way!). I think the best way to get get to know each other is to discover something together besides each other whether it be walking down a street you've never seen or trying a food you've never had, ect. That way you get to see how you react to new situations together.Movies are the worst for first dates so not that. Coffee/Tea/Bar are always win for a first meeting in my books.
