I want a man who is secure with himself and knows what he wants. I as everyone have made mistakes in my life we're human and everyone has a story but unlike a lot of people I've learned and grown from my experiences and its made me realize what I want in myself and in a lifelong partner. I will not settle and will wait patiently for the right person to come into my life. I'm looking for someone who is sincere and does not play games. If you want to know anything just ask! Something casual to where we can talk and get to know one another.

I am a simple, down to earth, independent gal looking for my better half. The person who makes me strive for more each day, and become the best version of me, my best friend. So, I have come to the world of online dating to see if he can be found because he doesn't exist at the bar scene.Where to start, I am the girl next door. I love sports. I played softball in college, so I love being active is important. CrossFit is a major part of my life, it provides such an amazing workout, community of people and challenges me every day. I also play a mean game of horse and mini golf! I love the outdoors especially on a clear night. I enjoy history, the arts, sporting events, concerts (a little bit of everything), trying new foods, a night on the town to a night on the couch with a glass of wine, a movie, etc. . I don’t enjoy the club scene, but I will frequent a local pub and even your hole in the wall joint if the food and company is right. My music selection varies from rock, r&b, classic, old school hip hop, country and indie. When it comes to relationships, I look for a man who has his life in order. Who has a steady job, independent, healthy/active, can hold an intellectual conversation, but is truly genuine at heart and loves his family and friends. Being active is an important part of my life, so no couch potatoes please. I am not your over the top girly girl. That does not mean I don’t wear a smoking dress when the occasion calls. I am who I am take it or leave it. We all have some sorta of flaw it is loving someone for all of them good and bad. So, if you are interested in getting to know more, just send a message.~ Nicole the first date ...coffee, dinner, the art museum or something adventurous!

I work in the film and tv industry, and I can't imagine doing anything else. Essentially I just organize things but it's good depending on who you're working with. It's primarily contract based so I'll switch jobs often or like the time being be sans job which is nice every now and again. I've never lead this unemployed life before though so I'm still figuring out exactly what to do with my time. I've always had a little resentment to those lucky young people out at a cafe at 1pm and now I'm amongst their ranks, BEST. Also if you feel like meeting up at a cafe at 1pm on a workday I'm in. I've found myself doing a lot of crafting as a result which is a lot of fun at the very least and it's been a big hit for a few birthday gifts. That's right, I make things from nothing, I'm pretty much magic. I've always only ever been in relationships with people I've met in real life so this is my first real sware into trying to date via online dating. It's been interesting. Yea. Interesting. I really love camping though it's been way too long since I've been portaging. I'm finally really learning more about food and how to cook and really enjoying it. Every once in a while i'll watch a vegetarian propaganda film and almost switch back (I was a vege for 5 years). But I haven't gone all the way back....yet. Basically I'd rather talk to you in real life then on the computer. I don't want to have a long engaging e-mail connection I want to talk to a real person. So if we've written a few messages back and forth how about we just meat up ***? cool. I think it's nice to start on no one's home turf. Pick a spot at random in-between each others houses and commit to nowhere to go for better or worse (though that sounds awkward for a first date when I put it that way!). I think the best way to get get to know each other is to discover something together besides each other whether it be walking down a street you've never seen or trying a food you've never had, ect. That way you get to see how you react to new situations together.Movies are the worst for first dates so not that. Coffee/Tea/Bar are always win for a first meeting in my books.
