I recently took a step away from teaching and took a management position within Target. I have my degree in Elementary Education, but unfortunately haven't been able to find a teaching job. So far my time with Target has been positive and I'm really enjoying the position and challenge that this new career has brought me.During my weekdays, I am usually pretty busy, and can be a litte bit of a home body after work. I do go to the gym most nights after work. I really enjoy going to Spin classes, which I find to get a great challenge! I enjoy spending time with friends, getting some drinks or appetizers, going to movies, reading a good book, going for a run, or doing something spontaneous. I LOVE Spring and Summer so I'm usually outside when it warms up. I love to run, go to the beach, or just go for walks. I recently traveled to the Domincian Republic which I enjoyed a lot! I hope to continue traveling and experience different cultures and places :)I really enjoy meeting new people and getting to know them. Im outgoing, fun, talkative, sometimes kinda nerdy, and sometimes sassy ;) some people might say I'm a girly girl, but I do also like adventurous things too!I am strong minded and know who I am and who I am looking for.I like having conversations with someone who can challenge my thinking, but who also enjoys listening to my ideas as well. I am looking for someone who is settled in their career and who is motivated and goal orientated. Someone who is active and likes to try new things. So, thought I'd give this a try... Never thought I'd sign up on an internet dating website, but I wan't to keep it out of the work scene, and well of course I don't think I'll find anything much serious in a bar. I just started working out again, so who knows maybe that'll be a place to meet the man I'm looking for.... or who knows... maybe this dating site will work! Well a little tid bit about me. I have a labradoodle... who I love like a child, but no I don't paint her nails or dress her up.... she's a 90lb dog that looks like a bear, but is sweet as can be... perfect day would be spend outside all day in the sun until night time.... and now with this time of year the perfect ending of the day would be sitting around a bonfire. I love funny movies and scary movies (not cheesy ones, can't stand those).... and of course chick flicks... probably not even a need to add that. I plan on taking a CCW class in a few months, and also aspire to get my motorcycle license... Runs in the family my sister and bro in law both have Harleys... I think first though I'm gonna need to learn to ride a dirt bike... Who knows, maybe one of you will be the lucky guy to teach me :) I'm a little country and a little classy. I'm sarcastic, so I can dish it out, but you have to be able to handle it back... no babies! lol. I'm a very sweet person, almost to a fault. I'm laid back and like to take things as they come. I'm honest and want someone who can also be 100% honest. No BS. I listen to all different kinds of music, just depends on my mood. Could be Country, Rap, R&B, Classical, or Frank Sinatra.... Warning... I don't like most 80's music, yeah there are a few good songs from that era, but for the most part its a no go for me. I like going to concerts, hanging at home watching a good movie or going to a good restaurant and trying out new spots. Oh PS....I love to bake and cook, loving finding new recipes... I think it would be a romantic first date idea to meet at a winery, with a blanket and picnic basket with some cheeses and crackers and a bottle of wine and sit outside and watch the sunset. Now that would be my PERFECT absolutely romantic date idea. I like anything outside, or could meet for drinks, just depends on the person I guess.
