Hey guys!! I am a single mommy and a college student. Don't know many people here yet so looking to make some new friends and see where that leads. Yes, I do really mean FRIENDS! That doesn't mean fwb. I am not desperate, I AM NOT looking for sex/hook ups!! When first getting to know me, I do keep a somewhat hard exterior and I can be a bit of a smart ass, but that just weeds out the ones who can't handle my personality. I am very strong and independent, and I make that known. I do have a very soft side as well, it just takes time to see that side. If you make it to that point, chances are I have feelings for you or we have been friends for a good amount of time. I can be very vulnerable and pretty much stupid when it comes to love so I don't play games when it comes to my heart. If that's what you're after, know that it will take patience and action on your part to show me you are worth me letting my guard down. I don't tolerate cheating or lying of any kind. Believe me when I say one time is all it takes for me to forget all about you! And that's not mean, that's the truth! If you can't handle honesty, you can't handle me! Turn back now lolAs I said, I am very laid back. I love my t-shirts, holy jeans and flip flops. I can dress up if needed, but prefer to just be comfortable. I don't wear a ton of makeup everyday and I don't go get my hair and nails done professionally. I am a mommy and none of that would last, so not only would it be a waste of time but I could use that money on my kids or for bills. I have 3 kids, one of which has special needs and is always with me. Not that I can't get a sitter from time to time but 99% of the time, he is with me. I have my own place. I don't have a vehicle at the moment but expect that to change very soon. I go to school full time so I am very busy with that most of the time. I do make off time though. As they say, work hard, play harder!I love just hanging with friends. I enjoy sitting by the fire having a few beers. I don't think I could live without music so its usually playing in my house most of the day. I also enjoy watching a good movie, mostly into comedy and horror. I don't enjoy cooking much, but obviously I do cook, maybe that could change if I had someone to cook with :-) I'm not into clubs. I might go to a bar on rare occasion but would prefer drinks with dinner *** just getting drunk at a bar, unless of course it was a birthday or something and I went with a group of friends. I also enjoy parks and camping and really anything kid friendly, something that my kids and I could both find enjoyment in. Obviously, you must enjoy kids. They are the most important thing in my life! I would like to date someone who also has children. I WILL NOT date anyone who doesn't have kids! I can't and won't have anymore children, so for dating, you would have to be content with that. And if you say that you don't want kids, but don't have any yet, I refuse to take your word for it and I will not pursue anything more than friendship. I don't believe anyone that hasn't had the experience can honestly say they never want to do it, so it's not a chance i'm willing to take. I most definitely believe "everything happens for a reason". Ironically and metaphorically my life has been like a muscle. Every one person that has broken me down, has built me up to be that much stronger.I start my day going to the gym and wouldn't have it any other way. I love food! On a day to day basis try to stick to a staple healthy diet, but enjoy splurging here and there. Eating healthy, going to the gym, and trying to stay active is more of my type of lifestyle and i am looking for someone who enjoys it as well.. But, on the same note I like to be able to just lay down and relax when I can. I enjoy pretty much anything outdoors such as hiking, boating, snowboarding, snowmobiling, running, kayaking, etc. I'm extremely open minded and always up to trying something new!I am a hard worker and never like to stay idle in life.
