A good first date would be going out for coffee or taking a walk in the park and just being able to get to talk to get to know each other. I personally think that a movie on a first date is the worst idea ever seeing how you can't talk and get to know each other...just sayin'!

I work out every night n every morning after my first run of my work; ive dropped over over ***since last maybe a lil to quickly however its a work in progress so im still a lil big but im on my way back to being healthy.
