I find it really hard to capture myself in a snippet of text. I think it would say way more if I told you I'm that mystery colour in the crayon box.I draw cartoons and real life sketches. Most recently I've drawn portraits of friends from photographs.I enjoy running, outside. It makes me feel like a hamster when I run on a treadmill. I think working out is great but the gym junkie thing has yet to grab hold of me. I'm trying to get into more strength training but there's something about that runner's high and being in the sun that the gym can't beat. I have a pomeranian that more resembles a creature plucked from a tree in the enchanted forest. I appreciate and listen to a lot of different kinds of music, but electronic music is my favorite to dance to. I love to travel. I have backpacked Central America, the Philippines and Australia...the longest I've traveled is one year and I hope to travel long term again, it really tests one's limits and sanity in a way. If you are familiar with the travel website couchsurfing.org I'm sure we will have a lot to talk about =)I'm a flexitarian... I eat seafood but nothing furry or that resembles a favorite character in the children's books I used to read. I'm accepting and understanding of people who eat meat, and I appreciate that others respect my choice not to. My current goal is to become a speech pathologist and work with kids with communication disorders. I am in the process of completing some prerequisites to enter grad school (in two years) but I just completed by Honours BA in Anthropology. Although an Anthropology degree isn't the most practical of degrees it opened my mind to other worldviews and the unfamiliarity of my own strange culture. I believe life and people are riddled with contradictions and once I accepted this, everything made a lot more sense. I'm very genuine and I think it's the most important quality I seek in a friend or love. I think being honest with yourself and others and seeing what is now, not what could be, is really all you truly have. A dog walk or coffee is okay with me. I really appreciate a sense of humour. If you're funny we will get along just fine =)

Hi!Well I'm on here to see what it has to offer. I am an honest, caring, open minded, outgoing and fun-loving 26 year old woman who's up for trying new things and having a good time and who doesn't take everything too seriously. I think I have a great sense of humour, I'm confident but definitely not full of myself, I have my sh*t together (for the most part haha) and I have a huge heart, which can be a bad thing sometimes but I wouldn't change it. I enjoy being with friends and family, going for walks, movie night cuddles, camping, volleyball, snowboarding, listening to music (country is my fav!), traveling, and nights of fun and dancing. My motto is work hard, play hard. If you think you can handle all that then send me a message :)I'm looking for a guy who is honest, has a wicked sense of humour, doesn't play mind games and enjoys having fun. Don't waste your time if you're just looking for a hook up, move along. Whatever we decide on

Alright, a little about me. I'm a good listener, laid back and honest to a fault. I have a great sense of humour which at times is witty and sarcastic, other times it's a bit demented because, yeah, I can take it there. I'll pretty much say what I'm thinking or how I’m feeling whenever I'm thinking or feeling it. I have a soft heart, even a good Superbowl commercial can make me cry (the Budweiser Clydesdale commercial, anyone?). I fear I may appear to be a bit stand-offish but that would be my shyness in its truest form. So no, I'm not being aloof or uninterested...I really am just shy.Bucket List Items:Completed - Appear on Romper Room; Jump off the Stratosphere in Vegas; Go to drag queen bingo; Incomplete - Learn to play the drums (Rock Band does not count); Walk across Abbey Road; Take a woodworking class (hope to cross this off the list in the fall). There's more but then we wouldn't have much to talk about.I'm attracted to a guy who has a great sense of humor, but honesty and integrity are on the top of my list, as well. I like to talk (that whole shy thing is just in the beginning) so it'd be great if you like to talk to, makes things less awkward. The right guy for me will appreciate my no nonsense attitude, and find it adorable that I sometimes talk so fast my brain just can't keep up. There's more to talk about, of course, but I'd rather you just ask me a question and we'll go from there. Deal? I like to just meet for drinks/coffee the first time I'm meeting someone. It's casual and no pressure and gives us a chance to talk and get to know each other and see if we want to go out again :)
