I am an active, creative person with many interests. I like to cook, go to the gym, eat out and try new foods, and garden. I love sports. I wouldn’t say I’m a very close follower of any sport except maybe football, but I'm always up for going to a game no matter what the sport. I played soccer, swam, threw the discus, and golfed in high school. Overall, I like variety. I like both staying in and going out and doing things, but I don't like to do either all the time. I am usually not a big TV person, but I do like going out to a movie every once in a while. I just got a job as a Title 1 aide at an elementary school. I basically help kids who are struggling on their test scores. I really enjoy working with kids, but I also like to write (I majored in Creative Writing in college). I'm not really ***percent sure what I'll end up doing in the end. I may get a job as a classroom teacher, or I may freelance tutor, or I could also write novels and articles for magazines. Probably I'll do some combination thereof. Time will tell. :)Finally, family is very important to me. I am very close with my parents, brother and sister-in-law, and extended family. Sometimes I may need help, but I am a stubborn Polak so it may take me a bit before I ask for help. I love the 50's the whole greaser and square scene, cars, and the music. I haven't been able to run or really workout since my injury. I am back to running well not really running more like jogging to begin. Can't wait to be back to being where I was before the injury. It's all the cortisone I was taking, but anyone who likes to work out that would be great! Some comfy place to talk and get to know one another.
