I'm spontaneous, playful, curious and I'm always the first to laugh at myself. I love to be outdoors and try to stay active. I love taking road trips, seeing live music, traveling and meeting new, interesting people. My life as a reality tv producer, while never dull, was far from fulfilling. I am thrilled to be able to share the amazing benefits of practicing yoga with others as I want to help people live happy, active, fulfilled lifestyles in the healthiest way possible. I'm currently in the process of applying to go back to school for a Masters in Public Health.

    A huge animal lover, I work as a vet tech at a humane society. I love what I do and can honestly say I enjoy going to work every day. I own two horses, two dogs, and two cats. I work full time but I love to hang out during my free time. If I'm not at work or the stables, I'm often out finding something interesting to do.
