I am an active, creative person with many interests. I like to cook, go to the gym, eat out and try new foods, and garden. I love sports. I wouldn’t say I’m a very close follower of any sport except maybe football, but I'm always up for going to a game no matter what the sport. I played soccer, swam, threw the discus, and golfed in high school. Overall, I like variety. I like both staying in and going out and doing things, but I don't like to do either all the time. Probably I'll do some combination thereof. Time will tell. :)Finally, family is very important to me. I am very close with my parents, brother and sister-in-law, and extended family. I declared this year as my year of no fear, soooo since I have been trying new things all year and getting way outside my comfort zone... here I am! This has been a year of a lot of much needed changes, growth and development. I couldn't be happier with where I am in life, minus not having someone beside me to enjoy it all with. I'm not flashy or high maintenance, but I'm not settling for someone who doesn't show he cares or is afraid of commitment.
