I'm going to start off by saying that I absolutely love my job which makes me a generally happy person. I know very few people who can honestly say that and I feel very lucky. Only working three days a week gives me a lot of spare time and not anything to do....! I love watching/going to baseball and football games and will gladly curl up on the couch with a beer and watch the game. I love the fact that I am a woman and have a closet full of dresses and heels that I wear every chance I get, which really isn't too often here. With that being said I absolutely hate dancing. It takes many many many drinks to get me to even walk to the dance floor. I do love live music, especially acoustic sets and indie rock but I will listen to everything. Music is what gets me through the day. Facial hair is also a plus ;) Update: I've been here for about a year now and have been able to put away some money for something I've always wanted to do: travel the world. I have my passport and big dreams and I'm looking for a travel companion. No expectations just someone willing to see the world with me. I would like to travel every couple of months or so. Let me know if you interested. Also, I don't mean pampered 4 star travel. Hostels, camping, really getting into the culture. Well as much as you can in 2 weeks.... I can honestly say I have only been on two real "dates" my entire life. Both consisted of dinner and a movie. Not really ideal. For around here a bit cliché and not my norm but coffee and some conversation? I have also heard the hockey games here are a blast and haven't been to one since 6th grade.!) would be a lot of fun too'

    Update: yes I survived cage diving with great white sharks. Beyond amazing. Can't wait to go again. Next trip: hammerheads, lemon, tiger and bull sharks. I love sports... anything competitive is always welcome by me. random things about me: -I have a 4 tattoos and want more -I have been to 11 countries so far and plan to make it to at least ***went diving with Great Whites in October ***I am PADI scuba certified -I have been skydiving -been backpacking through Europe -plan to continue diving with sharks: Great White (October ***, Bull shark, Tiger shark, great hammerhead, lemon shark--like running obstacle courses like Warrior Dash-love to learn about science-am currently working on my Masters in School Counseling..... :) on a first date I really enjoy hitting up someplace like the aquarium or zoo and then out for drinks and dinner. I like to go to places that provide a great atmosphere for first meeting someone. I am super easy going so any place is awesome by my standards.
