About Me

Love this state... Great coffee, great wine, and the perfect fall weather.I enjoy being outdoors, playing and watching sports, spending time with my family, reading, and sitting on my porch. I have a house on 5 acres that I built 3 years ago. Moving isn't out of the picture but it is my dream house. That being said I understand life takes you places and some times you just have to go with it.I'm a science nerd...get use to it, it's my job. I have a couple different degrees and currently I run the molecular diagnostics department in a lab at a hospital. I work mostly with DNA and infectious disease. Please avoid zombie apocalypse questions...yes I have a sense of humor but it's getting old...I have a pretty dry sense of humor and I am very blunt and sarcastic but there is a time and a place for everything. Im a big kid at heart, and get pretty goofy... Life is to short not to enjoy it. I have a lot of drive and am one of those people who is always trying to make herself better. I don't mind lazy days, but I can't stand a lazy lifestyle.I grew up a tomboy and while things have changed a bit, I don't mind getting dirty and even though things can make me nervous, I want to be taught things and I love to learn. You never know if you like something until you try it. I was a big athlete growing up so I enjoy staying active; I recently within the past year picked up running and have started doing 8k and 10k's. I grew up in a small town and like it that way. I'm use to having bonfires and having a cold beer sitting on the tailgate of a truck. I grew up around cars. My family means the world to me and I see them a lot; that is something that will never change. I take pride in being an awesome Aunt.Faith is important to me. Morals are important to me, I'm very much about doing the right thing. Don't get me wrong though, some rules are made to be broken. If you want to know more, just ask.     Hello; I suppose we are all here for the same reasons so let me tell you why I am awesome; I also just recently graduated school for massage therapy and got licensed and such. if ya wanna be a douche and ask about happy endings.. find an Asian.. i am stoked to start my new career and keep obtaining different career hats. I figure I might as well get different options lined up while I'm young so that I can choose my career when I'm older and have as many life experiences as possible..I have a tendency to always put others first when it comes to life and have no problem trying to fit you inside my jacket if you're cold! I consider myself very smart yet sarcastic and witty.. I tend to dish out a lot of raz so be ready for that! However I can take it with the best of 'em and rarely get offended.. I don't descriminate against any genre of music. (although country isn't my favorite) I love to camp and be outdoors.. Adventures and exploring are some of my favorite things.. I love roadtrips but kind of hate to drive, so in a sense I'm looking for a co-pilot! I'm growing out of the bar scene but do like to grab a nerve calming drink.. maybe have a snack or dinner then take a walk or sit in a park to have outside influences but still allow the conversation to be in the forefront of the activity..
