Hey there,How many of you lingered over this little box, configuring each sentence differently just to be sure that while talking about yourself, you didn't come off as self centered or arrogant? Well, I did just the same thing and decided that a disclaimer is the best way to go. Disclaimer: I’m not here to brag about myself, I’m just a good person who tries to be better every day and below is a quick description of myself. I like to laugh, a lot, and if the laughter dies down I nevertheless have a very sunny disposition (unless someone just stole my bike, obviously). I have a very good idea of who I am and what I want from this fantastic life. I'm very creative, in every sense of the word and will always find ways to make things interesting. Also, some people say I have ridiculously cute dimples and can cook like a maniac. Staying fit and healthy is a huge part of my life. On any given weekend or summer evening I will always spend some time in the woods hiking. I try to get in ***yoga classes a week and like to do some bootcamps as well. I’m just on the tail end of getting over knee surgery so am doing my best to get back up to speed, it’s been quite the process but it feels great to be back! I get along well with pretty much anybody but in a partner I’m looking for someone who is self- motivated, outgoing, has their life together and who wants to be a good team-mate. Humor is an absolute must! I’ The predictable things about my days are that they usually start off as if I did it on purpose with something upbeat on my stereo, some high dance kicks (locomotion style) an Americano and melon on the side. My weekends are unpredictable and different all the time but must involve an adventure of some kind. A few things that I don't like? Well, there’s glitter, littering, excessive swearing, people who disrespect their elders or who don't know the difference between there, their and they're. Also, this page being the exception, I don't like it when people can't start a sentence without the word 'I', in other words, I would prefer to talk about ideas rather than people and gossip. Please excuse my excessive use of the word in this profile, yikes! I prefer to steer away from people who are passive aggressive, are bullies or who think they are better than others. I love my life because it’s satisfying and full. I love my family because they are my past, my present, and my future, and I love my friends because they are all way cooler than me but still let me hang out with them. I'm not here to be judged or harped on so if you're comfortable with it message me and if not please just move along.An open mind and accepting heart is what I am in the market for. I am looking to meet a man who has a good head on his shoulders, one who is done with the whole "let's get f'd up all weekend" mentality. I like a man with confidence and who is comfortable in his own skin but if you feel the need to tell me how much you can bench press or how big your "whoha" is please move along, I am looking for a family man or a man who can be content to be part of a family as that is what is here. There are few things I am afraid of in life, except for snakes...yuck I hate those things! If you have mommy issues or you are hung up on your ex or are for some reason going to think I will be ok with being an option and not a priority please move along I am not here to play games. A responsible self sufficient man who can look after himself and doesn't require someone to lead him around by his nose. I ask that you have the ability to look after your finances without having a "personal banker" to make sure your bills are paid on time. If you don't like to be called out on your b.s. then don't feed me any of it. If your favorite and only extra curricular activity is getting obliterated I am not interested. I am not a person to hold back when it comes to my opinions and how I feel about things so if that scares you then I am not the woman for you.There is something to be said for the single life, it has it's perks for sure but at the same time life is meant to be shared, shared with someone that wants to share with you. Giving opinions and ideas, making valid points and maybe even a little disagreement from time to time because let's face it no two people agree on everything all of the time.I don't want to give away too much information right off the top, where is the fun in that? It would make for a pretty dull conversation if I did. There is much to know and I am not opposed to any questions so please feel free to ask me anything. Put a little thought into a message please, the generic "hey, how's it going, wanna chat?" doesn't really spark my interest and I most likely won't reply.I am a home body, I don't like going out to bars, I prefer dinner and a movie or a quiet night on the couch. Camping is something that I have always enjoyed, and I would love to do some more traveling. I am focusing on my children right now but do still need to get out and enjoy life. I love all types of music and going to concerts is one of my favorite past times. Happy Fishing!I like walks, movies, music, kids, cuddly nights on the couch, the smell of camp fires, and a man who isn't afraid to be a little mushy at times. Go grab a coffee and talk, but in my opinion that is just a way to get to know one another...a date is a whole different scenario...
