About Me

First of all, I am very serious about finding a long term relationship, and someone just as serious about that. I know that's a lot, but I'm ready to settle down. So, If you are still interested and still reading, here is a bit about myself. I am a laid back mother of two, who enjoys many of the simple things in life. My kids are my world and I am looking for someone who can appreciate that fact . I have my girls on a bi-weekly basis and it seems to work better for everyone involved. I enjoy dressing well, but I am not by any means "high maintenance". I am just as comfortable in a sexy dress and heels as I am in a t-shirt and jeans. My family is very important to me and they are quite a bunch. They keep me rolling most of the time. I enjoy dancing and listening to live music, as I enjoy almost all types of music. I love to two-step. Writing poetry is one of my passions; however, I have to be stimulated. I am an honest person, as well as very loyal. I have a great sense of humor and can even laugh at myself once and awhile. I believe that life is too short to sweat the small stuff, so I enjoy life to the fullest at the best of my ability. Having two daughters is a full time job that I wouldn't trade for the world. Doing what is best for my girls is my first priority in life, and I feel that the one person out there that is right for me will understand how important that is to a parent. Being a parent is wonderful, as I am sure anyone with children should know. A BIT ABOUT WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR: I am looking for someone who can be my best friend first and foremost. I believe that friendship is very important in any relationship. Attraction is very important in a relationship, as well. If there is no spark, well then let's be honest with ourselves, what else is there? By saying that, I know that I sound superficial; however, that can not be further from the truth. Laughing is one of my favorite things, so I want someone who I can laugh with one minute, but can also have a serious conversation with the next. I enjoy a person with a great sense of humor, and who can laugh at themselves once in awhile. I appreciate honesty and expect nothing less in return. Loyalty is a very important trait to me in a partner, and I find that very sexy. I know that must sound strange, but an honest, loyal person who has a sense of humor gets me every time. Well, I won't bore you with more of this laundry list of likes and dislikes. I know what I want at this point in my life, and I am ready to find that certain someone out there who is in that place right along with me.
