; I want to spend more time traveling and try new things! I just got back from a 3 week trip in Europe & can't wait to go back. I love the city-beach lifestyle but still am true to my mid-western values. I enjoy playing & watching sports’; win or lose I’ Go Cubs!! I truly enjoy being with people and can bring energy into any situation. I’m always up for good times and conversation and usually the first to say “let’s go!” Not only do I enjoy the company of those very different from me...I do all that I can to seek out interesting and unique friends. Friends are like family to me and I'd do anything for those who'd do the same for me.I'm occasionally playful, frequently enjoy humor & being silly too; but also very responsible & serious when necessary. I’ve been known to goof off when I know I can get away with it.     Oh, where to start. I guess first and foremost, I am a mom to two awesome kids, a 14 year old daughter and 8 year old son. They keep me pretty busy so there isn't much time for going out....which is why I am giving this a try! When I do go out, I like nothing more than sitting on a patio, drinking a beer and listening to live music.I am looking for someone who is laid back and likes to have fun, but also has a serious side. I would love to find someone who likes going to games, but also likes to have friends over to watch the game while we cook out. I am easy going, but competitive, sarcastic, but serious when I need to be. I'm not into games. I tend to say what I think which can be good and bad. Honesty in a guy is a big deal to me...life's too short to have to wonder if someone is telling you the truth. I like physical activity, but I'm by no means a gym rat. I would rather be riding my bike or playing basketball with the kids than on a treadmill. I did recently start doing Bikram yoga and I love it! I love to travel. But if where I am going is more than a few hours, I will be on a plane! I love animals, especially dogs. I have an 11 year old American Bulldog who looks and sounds mean, but is really a big baby.
