A sense of humor is the most important thing!I love to have a laugh (maybe even at people sometimes-but all in good fun) and I'm of bit of a smartass too. I can dish it AND take it! (at least I hope so-but don't push it:)I'm a homebody at heart. I like watching movies and being low-key, but I also like to go out with friends now and then and mix it up. Dig the pub/hole-in-wall places over clubs. I'll talk a big game about pool and then act shocked when you beat me. I'm passionate about my life and the people in it. Don't need money to be happy. I love classic rock, 80s music, some recent stuff but my tastes are kind of all over the place when it comes to music-it can be any genre, as long as it's good! I love to read and am always up for good conversation. We can talk politics, philosophy, or even the intricacies of the awesomeness of a show like TrueBlood. I think intelligence and a sense of humor make the hottest man on the planet. That's what we call a winning combination. Oh yeah. Would love to say I'm always trying new things but that'd be a lie. But I can be talked into a lot and usually end up loving new experiences. Looking for that person who compliments my personality well with his and just good-old-fashioned likes who I am on the inside, ya know?The few extra pounds thing: getting back into the routine of going to the gym so I can be healthy and look good but either way my weight doesn't change how freakin awesome I am. I like people who are real and aren't afraid to be themselves. Sometimes I'm an intellectual, sometimes I'm a dork who wants to sing karaoke! Just looking for someone who enjoys that kind of thing and is willing to put himself out there. Definitely want to chat it up for a while first to make sure the date won't be ten kinds of awkward.
