About Me

I am not quite sure how to grab your attention. I know some of you are full of wit and have entertaining profiles. I guess I lack such talent! So please bare with me while I potentially bore you with details of my life...Let's get some boring stuff out of the way. I am 35 and about 5'9" tall; with an average build. I do not smoke and only drink occassionally.Once I complete my MSW degree and required training, I hope to work with an underprivileged and at-risk population in a private setting. I look forward to having a small private practice; which would allow for ample family time while also making sure my clients' needs are met.Nature is my religion. I feel most at peace when I am in the outdoors. However, one of my quirks is that I deal with significant heat intolerance, so I cannot be as active as I would like to be. I still enjoy leisure walks and simple hikes among many other activities. I love to travel, although I do not get away nearly as much as I would like. Travel does not have to be extravagant. I enjoy short road trips too. I just like to get away and explore new places.Education is very important to me. I guess I have high expectations when it comes to education. I would like to date someone with at least a bachelor's degree. I would like to spend a first date in the outdoors; sitting under a tree in the park, or walking along a stream while enjoying conversation and getting to know one another. I am easy going and always open for new and different ideas, however having an opportunity to sit and talk is a priority of mine.

    Just a simple laid back chic, I always look at life like the glass is half fullLove seeing what the next day will have in store for me, life's an adventure right so we should enjoy the ride :)I'm a chef and truly lucky to do what I Love, Ultimately would love to have my own restaurant again. Take an old barn and convert it into an awesome restaurant where I could go out in my garden and pick what looks good that day and have it on my customers plate within hours :) That would make me one happy lady haha.I have two awesome wee dudes ages 8 & 5 (almost 6) They keep me young with a lot of skateboarding, surfing, random adventures in the woods and just goofing off. Perfect weather for campingI was a tomboy growing up, i mean I had Barbies but only 'cause my ninja turtles needed ****es!!! haha :)Now for the deal breaker..... i'm def not perfect and made my fair share of mistakes. I lost my DL due to a dui and living out in the country doesn't allow me to use the city style transportation, and my pink beach cruiser only gets me so far haha. I'm also in the process of selling my house and moved back with the rents. Def didn't see that happening at 33, but i'm lucky to have amazing parents. Just easier for the driving situation and gives me a chance to get back on my feet. I realize this is not the most attractive thing to read, but I think lies and misleading is far uglier.Kate Corndogs & Roller Coasters
