I love watching football - NFL & college, live music, cooking, reading, hanging out,****ails on the deck, dinner in, dinner out dancing, almost six foot and love to wear heels for dressing up (so must be comfortable with that )but prefer flip flops most times. I most enjoy being on the water - beach, lake, river. I really enjoy traveling, road trips are one of my favs. I like to play recreational volleyball, swim, hit the gym but not a rat. Physical affection (hugs & kisses) is a must, but again, right now want to take things slow and gain friends. No drama, no heavy drinkers.

Now that I have your attention ;) I couldn't resist. I like to laugh, dance, learn new things, go to concerts and travel far and wide. But mostly I like to have fun. I work full time but have flexible time off and enjoy my job. I am somewhat new to the online dating thing. I ultimately want to find a special someone to share life with, don't we all? I am just testing the water at this point and putting my toes in, but in the end, a long term relationship is what I am in this for. Someone that enjoys some of the same things and understands they are better enjoyed together, making memories. Friends come to me as a resource and would describe me as loyal, honest, trustworthy and at times...funny. I appreciate a sense of humor in a man. I want to enjoy the rest of my life and laughter is very important, not to mention healthy. I am a very positive person & my goal in life is to always create (or allow) the highest good in every situation. There is a part of me that is a nature-loving, tree-hugger kind of a gal. I have spent much happy playtime in the Sierras & I also enjoy art and oil painting was a hobby of mine for a number of years. Although I have followed many spiritual paths, my spiritual practice now involves being in the present moment, being clear, expressive, keeping an open heart and knowing that I am connected to the vast, loving presence of the universe. I enjoy many different kinds of music & love free form dance (& partner dance). I am currently relearning how to play the piano. I enjoy cooking (especially cooking with someone else who enjoys good food) & entertaining. I have high standards for healthy food & have a vegetable garden. I occasionally write poetry (although lately I have only written refrigerator magnet poetry}. I enjoy a good book; and, in recent years, have been reading nonfiction pretty exclusively.; I have just ordered "Spontaneous Evolution," by Dr.; seeing him in a recent film about the future. I recently bought a house & have done extensive remodeling & am enjoying the house & garden. I am basically looking for someone who can see the goddess in me & in whom I can see the god. Favorite things to do on a first date: Go to an art museum & discuss the work afterwards. Take a walk in a beautiful, natural setting & discuss great books/ideas or spirituality afterwards. Have a good meal at a great (healthy) restaurant & while discovering our common interests & shared passions.
