Well...here I am.....again. I deleted my profile for a while because I thought if I was meant to find someone, I would. Herding 7th graders all day doesn't really afford the opportunity for discovery, however. So...I thought....maybe another try. I'm not going to write a lengthy anything. Hello and Thanks for checking out my profile! Let me begin by saying I am honest, hard working, strong morals. and good values. You may say you want someone with "no drama" but lets be honest drama is a part of life, It is how one deals with it. I love life and find thepositive in most situations and in most people. I love the great outdoors,which includes many of the fun things to do like hiking, fishing,biking gardening,canoeing or kayaking,camping(in tents)swimming,campfires,picnics, BBQ's,grilling, sunrises and sunsets,star gazing and thunderstorms.Yes there is more for the list but we can talk about that later. I am not one to hit the malls for a day of shopping, nor do I waste my time and money getting my hair and nails done at the salon. I prefer to do it myself. I love to sew and crochet. I enjoy cooking and baking often from scratch. I try to stay healthy in the foods I make, staying away from processed foods. I love to go to the farmers market. I enjoy walking around the lake and doing yoga almost on a daily basis. Family and friends are important to me. I have 4 adult children and 7 grandkids which bring me much happiness. I believe in family traditions,such as after church on sunday its a family dinner. Its always a good time to connect after a busy week. I do some volunteering but would like to do more. I enjoy most music and like to dance. I don't care for rap and some country. I love to travel and have been to many beautiful places and there are many more places I want to see. Since the weather is getting nice, I would like to enjoy an appetizers and a beverage on a patio for the first time I met someone. If it were a second meeting/date I think a picnic would be great. I love reading in the summer I love the beach I try to take walks whenI can. The best part of summer for me is I get to spend almost every day with my daughter. No I don't work. I used to but 2 years ago I was in a car accident. A young woman was text messaging and didn't know traffic had stopped and hit me while swerving and destroyed my neck my back and my lower back leaving me unable to work any standard job. Until then I had worked a steady job for over 13 years. Therefore I use the time to do what I enjoy which is my daughter. Enjoy the sun etc. I love to fish. I have a lazy cat that follows me around wherever I go and meows at me because I have disturbed his sleep. I love books if you ever get to meet me you will see that immediately. I have well over ***books and I love to scrapbook. Movies are a past time to me. I love to collect them and I do have my list of favorites that I collect. I am a strong believer in Christ and the power in prayer. I am not after money, I just want a man to see me for me and know that I am a loving woman that just wants a man to love me for me. Body faults and all. I love deeply and I will hold on tightly. I do have bad days but I do my best. If there is a guy out there that has a good heart. Is NOT looking for one night stands and just a toy to play around with please *** a first date I would love the date to pick me up, take me to dinner and a movie. Perhaps a walk afterwards. I am looking for a bit of the old fashioned dating. The wondering if he will open doors for me, bring flowers, hold the chair, hold my hand and what not.
