I need to be honest that I initially said I was five years younger than my real age. I am 57, although I've been told that I look younger. My hobbies include hiking, dancing, crafts, cooking, reading, skiing, bicycling, running, working out, movies, and traveling. I have traveled to several major U.S. cities and to several countries in Europe. My tastes in music range from classic rock, contemporary, soft rock, bluegrass, and classical. I'm very active and fit--working out daily at the gym--doing yoga, weights, the eliptical, treadmill, zumba, or stairmaster. I am spiritual (but not religious)--meditating and praying to stay in touch with God's power to guide me. I also enjoy volunteer activities because I find that I am best when I am making a difference in some way. I am ready to find the love of my life--someone who I have chemistry with, who is my best friend, who shares intimacy and passion, has similar interests and who wants the relationship to grow into a long term, committed relationship. He is someone who wants a partnership and is willing to work on a relationship that is mutually satisfying.P.S. I don't like to chat if I have never communicated with you before.     OK...so one of my friends found a wonderful "keeper" on this site and I have new found hope! Where are you Mr. Sexy (to me anyway) who makes my heart beat faster when you walk into the room?Number one...I have a big heart and I like to share it with the people who mean most to me. I am loyal and kind and expect the same from the people I let in to my life. I love my cat, Checkers, who I adopted from the pound 15 minutes before they were to euthanize her, what a waste of a precious sweet life that would have been! I would love to have more animals, but am limited as I own a townhouse with no real yard (I absolutely love big dogs!!!) I am an artist and I really enjoy what I do. As an artist I do well, but I wish someone would step in and be my business manager, as I still have trepidation about naming my price (but over the years I have become much more adept at it!).I enjoy hanging out with my friends, playing poker (a passion! Five times now...even touched the river!), fast cars, classic rock, Disneyland, Europe, Fiji, New Zealand...and I am up for new adventures and experiences as well. I am very upbeat and fun...don't like hanging with the downer people who complain too much. I am a pop culture/music trivia buff and can be playfully competetive. I am spiritual but not religious. I believe the God of the Universe is huge and is there for me every second of every day and that I am cared for. I hope to meet my true soul mate. I want to enjoy the rest of my life with passion and joy and laughter!..this was an actual suggestion from someone on this site which I didn't accept.
