So, hobbies first, right? I like practicing my bass, writing, cooking, drawing, various video games (mainly PC games due to the unfortunate and recurring theft of all of my previous game systems) and I've recently started teaching myself how to knit. If knitting only makes you think of grannies, take a step back because I'm definitely not! Just looking for a new hobby is all, and so far it seems like something I'm going to be enjoying.Next, goals and aspirations. Eventually I want to be going to school for nursing and living in my very own apartment, just me and my cat (right now I stay with my friend, her husband and mother, and their three dogs and one cat, not including my own cat!). I don't know much about the health care profession but my mother is a military medic and I love helping people out so it's definitely a start! I remember growing up and my mother coming home, happy about a call she made during the shift that saved someone's life. Yes, you run the risk of being absolutely devastated if things go south with a patient, but from what I saw, the good outweighs the bad.It also says to talk about what makes me unique... I'd say one of my most unique qualities is my courage when it comes to change. I left because I couldn't stand the state, and not a day goes by that I'm not happy about that decision. My favorite bit so far is the warmth, though I will miss the winter skiing I'm going to miss out on!My taste in music? Oh there's too much to tell, I love music. I think the only music I can't stand is rap, pretty much anything else is okay by me.I'm fun, I'm friendly. Feel free to message me! I'm pretty loud most of the time in groups, but one-on-one hanging out I'm a little quieter, I like to make my presence in a room noticed. I don't wear dreadful amounts of makeup. I often find humor in the macabre and distasteful. I like to act strangely and confuse strangers. I have a few weird mannerisms, but I've been told by others they're 'cute.' I currently have eight tattoos, and I plan on getting more. I also seem to quote obscure movies a lot. I have a zillion pet peeves, because I find it hard to tolerate the human race as a whole (this requires a lot of explanation). I don't watch television often, so your favorite sitcom will be a mystery to me. I have pet rats, I'm not afraid of spiders, and I don't run and hide behind something when I see a bee.
