A casual setting is more appropirate and breif, like a cafe or dessert spot, maybe a little drinkie? lol I don't think its fair to be stuck at some fancy place and have to pretend to be interested in each other while sharing this expensive meal. However, the second date is a different story. I prefer the man to chose where to take a woman. If there's no fantastic meeting of the minds then you can forget any meeting in the bedroom lol.
