I'm a bit of a homebody and spend most of my free time on buzzfeed, tumblr, and netflix, and occasionally practicing the piano or reading, although I do really enjoy going out on the weekends and having fun with my family. My biggest pet peeves are poor grammar, being ***, and rudeness. I eventually want to get married, and most likely have children. My ultimate dream is to move to southern California (preferably LA) and have a nice job with a large tech company like google or apple. I also really love Chicago and would not mind living there for a few years. Of course, I am firecely loyal to Wisconsin, having lived here my whole life. I am not a huge sports fan, although I do occasionally enjoy watching baseball (St. Louis Cardinals fan!), and can tolerate watching football (Green Bay Packers). I also enjoy basketball and played on my school's team in elementary and middle school. I've never done this before so let's see if I can do this without sounding too silly or attracting a stalker lol. I love it here and am officially a Yankee convert (Roll Tide!!!). I have strong Christian beliefs and am very active in my church. I'm not a religious fanatic, but anyone I considered dating would have to be a Christian as well. I have always been really focused on my education and have not dated much up until this point. I am an RN and I love my job. I like R&B and dance mostly, but have come to enjoy Country music as well since moving down here. I absolutely do not do drugs and would not date anyone who does. Well, here's the deal. I would want our first meeting to be simple and safe. Perhaps meeting at a local restaurant or public gathering would be nice to break the ice and see if there's chemistry. Then, if we both like what we see, a real "first date" would come next. And by "real first date," I mean a real date. Pick me up at my house. Then take me out to dinner and a movie, bowling, or dancing. I'm sorry to be so blunt, but I'm just a simple, old fashioned girl who's beginning to think that chivalry is dead.
