About Me

So I told myself I would never sign up for this but like my headline says, "hey why not"... Just turned 24 on May 24th.... and the list goes on:) I love movies, music, music festivals, enterainment, comedy.. I know this sounds typical, but one of my most favorite things to do in the summer is walk on the beach, and the boardwalk. Most of the time I go alone, its sort of a way for me to have time to think and just reflect on my life....I LOVE watching the sunset and taking pictures of it. A lot of people say I take too many pictures, but the truth is, I love my life,so why not document It. I have a good head on my shoulders. My family is very important to me. I am very close with my mother and sister.. they are my best friends. In the past two years, I have to say I have learned A LOT... Trusting someone takes time and effort..I have a few close friends, and I plan on keeping it that way. I have a lot of aquaintances, being that I am a social butterfly. I am ultimately looking for someone I can enjoy spending time with, but also someone that truly cares about me. I am very easy going and genuine. My personality is very witty, and outgoing. I am very adventerous and enjoy traveling. I hope for one day to travel with my partner and go somewhere exotic and different. :-)I am not looking to just mess around or play games, so please only send me messages if you are on the same boat. thanks :) Its pretty simple.     I never thought it would be so difficult to write about myself. I guess I'll start off by saying I'm a pretty easy going person. I bartend part- I spend my free time either out with my friends or home reading and watching movies. I absolutely love going to concerts and sporting events of any kind. My mantra is (as if that's not an incredibly pretentious thing to say) to treat others the way you would want someone you loved to be treated. I'm very big on respect and understanding before casting judgement. I'm the kind of person who can have a blast doing just about anything. As long as I'm with good people I'm happy. I'm extremely optimistic and easy to get along with. I'm definitely a bit shy/quite at first, but as soon as the jokes start I loosen up exponentially. I tend to make fun of myself in most situations, and I'm extremely sarcastic. As for my "suitor" I would say my main request is that he is kind. He should care about other people whether they are his family or a stranger on the street. He should be honest and driven. He should absolutely know how to take a joke and know how to dish out a joke in return. If you can make me laugh, I'll swoon. Oh, and last but definitely not least, he should be passionate about watching sports. Or at least understand that come football season, if it's Sunday, I'm not going farther than 20 feet away from a TV with a football package. If there is anything else you'd like to know just ask :)PS- If you're older than me and still live at home I'm sorry but it probably won't work. I've been living on my own since I was 17 and I can't imagine hanging out in anyone's parents basement. I'd say dinner and drinks at a local bar is a pretty reasonable first date.
