I'm Lisa, and I'm an outdoors-loving, fun, and down-to-earth kind of lady! I have a degree in Wildlife Ecology, and working with animals has always been a passion for me. I milked cows and worked at a stable all through college, and it seems that I left my heart at the farm! I'm an old soul looking for my mate. Eventually I'd like to live out in the country with at least a hobby farm animal or two; but I'm always active locally and therefore would be involved in the community and social.I'm a "do it yourself" type, so I'd like to have a partner that can help me maintain our future home, vehicles, and possibly the family! I'm not likely to speak to just any guy, and I want to get to know you before I decide to meet you. I'm not likely to jump into marriage, but it's certainly an end goal in mind. I am probably coming off as a biotch right now but im just being straightforward. You better have a car, a job and you better be able to stand on your own two feet without anyone's help. I'm not saying you have to live on your own but you better be able to pay for at least for yourself. I am recently single and wondering what else is out there. I am a hard working student who also works full time. I am anxious to finish my degree and get started finding my career. I am mommy to two dogs, a Rhodesian Ridgeback and a pit bull, and a tabby cat. I love my animals and they have become my best companions. I enjoy adventures and like any girl I love being spoiled. Don't be fooled though, I love to spoil you right back. I love to get dolled up and hit the town and I also love getting down and dirty outdoors. I listen to a variety of music but my favorite is country, it is so real and personal. If you are a guy who is not controlling, easily jealous or insecure about your girl having male friends, then send me a message but remember a simple "Hi I'm So-and-So" probably won't get you a message back. My first date would be something fun. I am not impressed with the typical dinner and a movie. I just feel awkward sitting through a movie, in the dark, next to someone you just met. I'd rather do something fun like bowling or a game place like Dave & busters or places where you can do something fun and different. If we do do dinner for a first date I wouldn't expect anything to fancy but I'd at least suggest it be somewhere that shows classy taste.
