Hi and thank you for taking the time to read my profile. FIRSTLY..... Having got a little fitter in the past months, I am now in the process of giving up smoking, it's time to quit the habit for good, but being the honest person that I am, until that is completely achieved, I won't lie and say I am a Non Smoker.OK ...... I have one beautiful daughter and 3 gorgeous grandchildren (all boys), who are a big part of my life. ME..... I am a sensitive, generous, kind hearted and romantic person with a gsoh. After a long marriage (just the one) I have been separated for approaching 4 years, I am very new to this sort of thing, though honestly believe that when you look too hard for something it very rarely materialises, things tend to happen when you least expect it, but let's see if I can be proven wrong eh! My friends tell me I look nowhere near my age and certainly don't feel it, but I suppose I'll let you be the judge of that :-)I am in no rush to find the right person, so to begin with I am looking to date and find true friendship, to have some enjoyable and interesting nights out with good company and we will see where that leads us (baby steps, baby steps..lol) I like people who are kind, honest and genuine, people who have time for others and give not to receive, essentially showing the beauty they have inside, because the personality is the bit we should fall in love with, that part of a person never changes. I would rather be in a nice restaurant or a country pub than being bounced around in a night club unless it's something like Flares which the music brings back so many good memories! I know we are all looking for that special person, that soul mate, they are out there and I have this one chance to find true happiness, with someone I want to be with for the rest of my life. SO..... I'm determined to find you and I'm not going to settle for ok, what was the point of exiting a lifeless marriage if second best will do?So........ if you want to have a chat, get to know me a little better, then please get in touch, I'm truly a kind, honest and genuine nice guy! I think honesty is the best policy, we will both know if we click and you are with someone you wish to know much more about. If unfortunately the spark is not there, there is no harm in being polite and courteous and have the pleasure of someone else's company for an evening, people can be a joy to be with and interesting, even if at the end you go your seperate ways.
