Hi and thank you for taking the time to read my profile.I'm a tactile, warm hearted and loving guy with a a zest for life. I believe in living life to the full and having fun. I am currently learning to play the guitar and doing an Open University course in Astronomy.I am passionate about photography a hobby I have enjoyed since the age of nine. I adore travel, especially abroad where I can exercise my passion for photography. I have also had photographs exhibited at a number of local art exhibitions and sold a number of images. Having photographs published in Caithness Life magazine was a real thrill. I also love walking, cycling, archery and keep fit. I go to the gym twice a week to keep in trim. Creative writing is an art that I am cultivating and am in the process of writing my first novel . This year I had my first short story published in an anthology of Caithness Crime fiction, which very exciting. Making and selling jewellery made from genuine gemstones is another pastime I am currently involved with. I also enjoy painting although I haven't been doing it long. I enjoy eating out or a cosy night in with that special lady and a bottle of wine. I love going to the theatre and also enjoy rock concerts/gigs. Am interested in motorbikes and sports cars. I do not spend o lot of time watching television prefering to do something constructive.My musical tastes vary from Holst to AC/DC. In ***I graduated with a BSc Hons)degree in Earth Sciences with the Open University and am hoping to study for a Masters in the future, finances allowing. I am currently atttending art classes at the local college.I am looking for an active woman who enjoys life to the full and who is fun to be. Hopefully she will be loving, kind, warm hearted. I am a very passionate man and am therefore looking for a similar woman. She will hopefully enjoy a kiss and a cuddle and not be afraid to show affection. So where do i start?I belive i am a genuine,honest,loyal and loving person who values love,friendship and family above all else i can be serious but also know how good it feels to laugh and enjoy myself.I am happy in my life with one fabulous daughter,who is in university and makes me very proud.How ever there is definitly some thing missing in my life in the shape of someone to share it with,and enjoy life to the full.I can be a bit quiet,but i am OK once i get to know someone.I like going to restaurants, the cinema etc,but am equally happy to sit on the sofa,watching a DVD with a can of beer.I try and get to the gym regularly but haven't been for a while been busy at work.I have a good sense of humour and can be quite witty ,but i can also be a bit dry at times.MIam looking for someone who wants to enjoy their life and not look back with regrets.Wether its going out some where new or just staying in chilling,doing it with someone that you want to be is what counts.Someone who takes me for who i am,and in return i can bring honesty,affection and a little fun along the way. Going to theMillennium Stadium to see your national team play is an experience to be seen and heard.I enjoy walking and cycling and i've just started to play golf not very good though.I love to listen to music at home and in the car and especially live music wether its a local band in a pub or a concert,music from the 70s 80s 90s and the 00s but i can't stand country and westernThanks for looking at my profile on a first date i would take the lady for a meal or drink some where we could sit and chat and get to know each other
