About Me

I lived in St Louis for 4 years, and enjoyed it, but missed the country life. I enjoy getting outside, riding my motorcycle, or 4- But I also enjoy dinner and a movie, or just simply staying home and enjoying the evening. I am not a high maintenance girl, relaxing and enjoying the day at home is perfect to me. I do enjoy traveling, but do not get to often with work and school, and the expenses that come with it. I have been a few places, and plan for a few more. I listen to country music mostly, but also listen to rock, classic rock, oldies, christian, or 80's, there is a huge variety of music on my IPOD. I am a family person, and enjoy time with my parents and my sister and her family when I can. I am looking for someone that is down to earth and wants a nice, but simple life. I have out grown the bars, I guess that is why I enjoy home, because bars seem to be the highlight of what people do in Southern IL, I honestly would rather stay home or hit a nice Mexican restaurant for margaritas. Something simple where we can talk and get to know each other. I am looking to date, but having common interests is a must. The first dates are always awkward, dinner and a movie is nice,or just dinner and see how it goes. I am flexible, if in right company the conversation will be enough for a dinner date.

    I am a single mother to an amazing little boy who is my life. Hoping to find him here and see where it can lead. I am looking for someone who is family oriented and that loves kids and can appreciate the fact that my son will always come first. If that person cannot accept that then we are probably not meant to be.I work for the Federal Government, I really love my job and it keeps me really busy. I strive to be better each day. I am driven, challenged and a perfectionist. However, I try to leave work at work because when I come home it should be about family and concentrate more on the important things that truly matter, like my son! I try not to take anything for granted and enjoy every minute because life is way too short and you never know what tomorrow will bring. I am a very down to earth loving and caring person. I enjoy going out with friends, going to the movies or seeing a great band live in concert. I also like to play pool, mini putt and bowling. However, I cant say that I'm the best at it, but I don't mind making a sceptical of myself and having fun while doing it. I love the outdoors, I like to go camping, boating, hiking, wakeboarding take long walks, going to the gym and staying active. I would really love to learn how to snowboard. I’ve never done it but I would love to try it someday. I do enjoy the quiet nights in as well, cuddling by the fire place with good company and a nice glass of white wine. Staying in and watching movies on a rainy day. I don't really enjoy the bar scene anymore however, going out to a pub with friends, enjoying a nice cold beer and watching the Sens game is something I also enjoy. I would love to be able to travel more, Its just not that easy given my situation with being a single mom.     One constant about moving, everything is new and exciting. Whether it's a festival, concert, sporting event, trying a new bar or restaurant, or just hanging out with friends...One of my favorite pastimes outside the day to day life is traveling. I have been fortunate in my life to have seen many beautiful places around the United States and world.! Although the Gators are my #1, I'm a sports fanatic so I'll cheer on any team as long as they aren't playing UF. There's nothing better than tailgating with friends on a beautiful sunny day.As far as social atmospheres, I'm happy to dress up, or have a jeans and t-shirt kind of night. I think there's a time for everything. I could be at a dive bar, a swanky rooftop, or just staying in for the evening, and I'd be perfectly content.For a match, I don't think I have a 'type.' As much as I've loved exploring the city with friends, it would be lovely to lalso have someone special to share it with. I definitely appreciate a witty sense of humor... and a love of sports is also clutch (even if you love the Bulldogs). Family is huge, and ambition, loyalty, and chivalry are also appreciated.It may be love at first sight, it may be laughter and friendship.. either way, I'm always up for a good time.
