This is is no particular order. Just the usual randomness, which you may come to know about me...I'm in sales for a start up, which seems to be the trend 'round these parts.I can follow recipes, find pleasure in cooking, and love going to farmer's markets. Traveling abroad is something I don't do often enough, but have been fortunate enough to visit some really wonderful spots around the world. I'm competitive at board games and when I play doctor, I play to win. I love picking out music on a juke box and singing in that 'tone deaf karaoke' sort of way. I collect concert prints, although I can't seem to find anymore wall space for this little obesession. I'm just as comfortable in my 4 inch heels as I am in my flip flops. I'm active, whether it's finding trails to hike, yoga, or just walking my dog. Poor grammar and syntax is a turn off. I forget punch lines to every joke I hear and I jack up cliches. What's that saying? Broke the camel off the straw's back???Man that's a lot of 'I's in that paragraph! Enough about me. What do you think about me? ;)In all seriousness though, I'm in no rush to find THE one, so to speak. I have the mind set that if it's there, it's there. If it's not, it's not and that is completely fine with me. New friends are always a plus. There's already too much bullsh*t in this world that getting to know one another should be easy and drama free, don't you think? Let's chat first and see how it goes before we decide to meet. I'll just be excited to see which one of us looks least like our profile pictures.......

Looking for: man. In age: 28-38
Who am I? I’m often brutally honest, sarcastic, and very sassy. I’m down to earth and low maintenance. I’ I'm a writer, a college graduate who doesn't shy away from continuing education - I'm currently taking some creative writing courses. I love to learn - I'm teaching myself Greek (slowly) and improving my Photography skills.I’m an older sister to two. My friends and family are very important to me and we are very tight.I’m introspective and a huge conversationalist. I’m logical. Independent. Expressive. Compassionate. Trustworthy. Passionate.I struggle with balance – no, I’m not missing any toes, I just aim to keep my work/social life/me time on an even keel.I may or may not have a soft spot for Brit Pop, Creme Brulee, and men with facial hair.Who is he? Well, aside from proving to be a rare breed, he is: Ruggedly handsome, adaptable and knows his audience,. He’s intelligent, funny, capable and independent. He speaks because he has meaningful and thought-provoking things to say, not because he’s uncomfortable in silence. His cooking abilities aren't limited to a toaster or microwave. He enjoys zombie talk or any talk about apocalypse rather. He’s cultured, yet grounded. He knows what he wants. He’s honest. He’s introspective, compassionate, reliable, communicative, and emotionally fit – his heart isn't in a headlock. He’s creative, artistic –…He has a stellar smile and soft lips, trumped only by a kind, gentle heart. Here’s what I’m predicting:We’ll talk. A lot. You’ll make me laugh. A lot. We’ll fill the calendar with exploration, good food, weekend getaways, unabashed silliness, lazy Sundays in bed reading, watching movies, listening to thunderstorms. You’ll challenge me, push me outside my comfort zone, and keep me feeling safe while you do so.In the car on one of our road trips, you’ll (occasionally) let me have control of the tuner...I promise you won't regret it.Trust will build and we’ll find it increasingly difficult to go a day without communicating in some form or another. We’ll continue to surprise each other. And eventually we’ll come to know exactly what the other is thinking with just a quick glance, or a simple squeeze of the hand…That’s not where it ends. No, no, no – that’s only the beginning. So, go ahead, mull it over. If you genuinely feel you exhibit these qualities and any of the above sounds appealing then I urge you to send a message my way.- downtown in fact.-..hopefully you get where I'm going with this.I've met some great people through online dating. None of those relationships ever started out from a "Hey, how are you?" message.Meet Me? What a waste of time. I don't use it, and you shouldn't either. If you're interested in someone message them and stop being lazy :)Please resist the urge to message me if you're going to point out how long my profile is. I know it's long - I'm the one who wrote it, remember?Similarly, if you are going to send me a message chalk-full of negativity, be aware that it will be a huge waste of your time. I request you think twice about wasting such time, and continue on in your search for whatever it is that you're looking for. I don't need or want your "advice", opinions, or FYI's regarding how to conduct myself on this site. If you don't appreciate what you have read, then simply move along. Sending messages like that only tells me you have little respect for your own time, that you probably don't have many messages to reply to, and that you would rather try to break someone else down, then go after what you want in life - any and all of the above mean you are not the man for me.I can't believe it's come to a point where I'd have to write and bold this.
