About Me

Hi everyone! So, let's see...some info about me...Hmmmm...I'm almost 33 years old. I have two sons that I love with all of my heart. My boys mean the world to me & they are my priorities. I am planning on going back to school in January to finish getting my Bachelor's degree. For fun I like to go shopping, get my nails done, go tanning, spend time with friends, travel, read, work out, watch movies, go to concerts, go to the lake, go swimming, watch my sons play sports (golf & football), spend time with my family, ride 4 wheelers, etc.I work full time and have a job that I love. I have my own vehicle and am stable & independent, so I'm not looking for someone to take care of me (although it'd be nice). I'm not looking to be someone's suga mama. Some of my goals are to get my Bachelor's degree, travel to every state in the US, go deep sea fishing, run a 5K, go to the Eiffel Tower at least once, own my own business, go on a cruise, go on a missions trip and learn how to play golf.Some things I like are seafood (LOVE it), Italian food, football, Carmex and tattoos (although I don't have any).I am really laid back, down to Earth and funny. My sense of humor is mostly dry and sarcastic. With me, what you see is what you get. My friends would say I'm pretty funny and that I have a really good heart. I can honestly say that my passion is to help others in need.I am looking for someone who has a good personality and a good head on their shoulders. Someone who is mentally, emotionally and financially stable. Of course, there has to be some attraction, but personality is what I go for. You've gotta have a good sense of humor. :)I typically like country boys. I typically don't date skinny guys, Not to be mean, but I do NOT date outside of my race.     This part is hard for me but here it goes...I'm a hard working single mom of a 7 year old little boy. I work full time at the U of M for 3 Orthopaedic Surgeons who keep me busy all day long. I enjoy very much what I do, not too many people can say that. I have been in the medical field since I was 19 years old. So I guess you could say I know the field pretty well. I should be a doctor by now! :) I went to nursing school for while but when I had a baby my focus was on being a mommy and working full time. I will soon go back to finish. I also currently work part time as a make up artist, I have been doing that now for 3 years, and I have to say that is where I have the most fun. There is something about making other people look beautiful. I am very passionate about what I do and where I wanna go in life and for my son.I am a Christian and I go to church on Sundays with my family. I have to admit I can be a little better about going EVERY Sunday but with working a part time job on some weekends, makes it a bit hard for me. I hope to find someone who has the same Christian values. My faith, family, and friends are very important to me. Those 3 things inspire me to be a better person everyday and work hard at what I do.I like going to sporting events, working out, I just took up running last year, so it would be nice to meet someone who could show me nice places to run. I enjoy camping, laying around by the lakes, listening to music, trying new resturants. I just recently took my son on the light rail to see MN Twins, he LOVED it, as did I. I enjoy going to MN Wild games, Gopher games ( a plus for working for the U of M) free tickets! :) If you haven't noticed already, I am pretty laid back type of girl and I am always up for trying anything new.I am looking for someone who has a positive outlook on life. Being negative is so draining. Life is too short. I would like to find someone who is kind, caring, respectful, generous, can hold a conversation or two, funny, oh and you have to like kids, since I have one of my own. I know probably everyone says this...but coffee, a drink somewhere, or at least a place where we can have a conversation.
