Muay Thai, Yoga, running, lifting weights, and stand-up paddle boarding are my most favorite past times. I enjoy a healthy lifestyle and love the feeling I get after a hard workout and a well rounded meal. It's important to me that a mate also be healthy and active so that our lives will feel more in sync with each other.
