For hang outs, dates, or more.- I tend to dance with my shoulders and feet. And I love dancing at live music shows. Or dance parties. Or my kitchen.- I laugh a lot, and people laugh with me. I have also threatened friends that I will one day record my laugh so they can wake up to it on an alarm.--culture role models. - But don't ask me to remember moments/characters from these books - my memory doesn't work like that.- I love going to farmers' markets and have just signed up to be CSA member. I worked on a CSA farm for a season and I'm a total convert for fresh off the farm food.- I enjoy being outdoors and being active, although I do also shutting in and watching a TV series such as "Call the Midwife", "Derek", "Arrested Development", or "Numb3rs". Once again, I don't remember much about episodes other than that I love them. Maybe because I tend to clean or cook while watching things on my computer.- I'm passionate about bicycling and the impact it has on our communities. That said I have a background in economics that fueled my interest in behaviours, choices, and impacts people have.- I have a strong link to Germany, Indian based religions, and the design world.- I'm inquisitive, pondering, and exploratory. I love art that makes me squirm, environments that make my cells shout in joy, and tastes that are unique. A low key cultural event or something that facilitates talking and exploring each other's interests.

    Yep - I'm a nerd and proud of it. I rock it every day; literally. I love rocks. Oh - don't even get me started on fossils:) I have heard that nerdy is the new cool and I choose to believe it.     A friend recently called me a tapestry of contradictions which I thought was lovely and kinda true. I am equally happy reading an article in an academic journal or a book on the 12th house in astrology. I can see the value in both intuition and hard facts and often use the later to support the former. I work daily to be compassionate and gentle with others but am deeply passionate, vocal and engaged when it comes to social justice and effecting systemic change.     Sometimes life just happens and we don't make the time to meet new people and create new friendships or relationships. My lifestyle is very active so most of my hobbies/extra curricular activities involve physical activity. Hockey is my passion and you will find me on the ice at least 3 days a week.
