Hi !!!!I have been a personal trainer for many years. I love helping people, and see them accomplish goals. I have lived in CO over six years. I love watching sports, going to sport events , and just rooting on CO teams. I run road races on the weekend. I have been running since I was in elementary school . I was a college runner and loved every sec of it... These days I run : half marathons , Mudd runs , and 5k-10k races .I love to meet new people and hear their story. :-)

    To start I am terrible at talking about myself in Essay format but I will give it a try.... I have an awesome job and absolutely love what I do. I've traveled quite a bit and like to consider myself pretty well cultured. I've come too far to turn back now so any perspective woman in my life would have to be open to a little world adventure! Most would describe me as Honest, Loyal and Dedicated and I am inclined to agree.
