One of the first things you should know about me is that I'm not on a quest to find myself. I know who I am and I like her just fine. But, I am still trying to find you. Unless I'm quite mistaken, I might be the first easy-going, well-adjusted, self-confident girl you meet in this online snake pit. I have a stable, supportive family that I can always count on and taught me to be this way, the meaningful job that I've always wanted, and an optimistic outlook that helps me to enjoy just about anything as long as there are other people along for the ride. When I'm not teaching, you'll find me out to dinner, or drinking with my friends (hey, its genetic, I've got Irish blood), going to the movies, hanging out at home being entertained by my wise-cracking friends, going to football games, working out at the gym, taking spontaneous weekend trips or exploring parts of the city. I've never been before-- I'm game for just about anything. I like to think that I work hard and play hard. Hopefully, you're the same way. If I do say so myself, I'm pretty understanding, and good at figuring out what makes other people tick.     Being a 32 year old female in the city I just found that although the internet is not really my favorite way of meeting people, I came to realize that after working 8 hours a day, I needed to explore other ways of meeting new people.
