About Me

Hi, I'm from NYC, born and raised. I graduated from veterinary school about 3 years ago, and love my career. I found it very difficult to want to devote my life to helping animals yet eat them ever since I was young. So, I became a vegetarian and eventually vegan. I recently was finally able to date someone who was vegan, and realized that it is such a great thing to have in common. Thus, I'd prefer a vegetarian or vegan or even someone interested in such a diet but absolutely NO strict carnivores/meat enthusiasts. I do have a few pets: 2 chihuahuas, a non-chihuahua, and a cat. So, you must love animals. I love to be active, stay in shape, and do anything new, fun, exciting and of course try any vegan feeding spots! I do like to stay in and hang out too. I love to cook for 2 and watch movies, anything horror or fantasy. I am heavily tattooed, and you don't have to be but definitely do have to like a lot of ink on a girl. I don't do or like drugs, and don't drink anymore. I try out this site once in a while to meet people because generally I'm pretty shy.I refuse to answer any lewd messages, so don't bother.My attraction preferences: caucasian, good hair, between ***years old, average/athletic build, and taller than me (preferably at least 5'***...     So, this seems to me one of the most challenging parts in writing a profile, it's like applying for a job: abilities, accomplishments and aspirations: the entire package.     Hi! Thanks for reading my profile. I've been living in NYC for about 10 years now. It's been great! I like to consider myself somewhat adventurous, or at least willing to try new things. I like to snowboard... Most boring drive ever, but totally worth it. Wrigley Field is very cool.What else...I grew up watching football with my Dad...and I'm a still a fan. We still talk every Sunday during football season to discuss. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't be able to pick the spreads so well in the work football pool. :) I am very close to my family. I go home every few months and see my sister about once a month. I also have many cousins around my age, which is also fun. It's nice to have people to visit in other cities.My friends would describe me as funny (sarcastic would be a better word), easy going, and caring. I typically put others before myself. I'm not into drama or games and I'm really looking to find my best friend...someone to be with for many years. I'm hoping to find someone to explore and share life with.     So here I am, giving this another shot. A bit about me- I am really laid back, more like the girl next door who would rather watch a Phillies game then go shopping for anything. I enjoy going to the gym to stay in shape but I prefer walking outside to walking on a treadmill. While I love being outside in nature, I also enjoy staying home and just relaxing on the couch. Right now I am substitute teaching after finishing my Masters in Special Ed and my dual teaching certification in Elementary/Special Ed. I also coach swimming as a part time job. Teaching kids with special needs is my passion- particularly those with Autism. Oh, and by the way- I am a natural red-head (you don't get this color from a bottle!) and have all the fire and spice that comes with being a red-head..the ultimate salty and sweet!
