Woman. 35 years old. Zodiac sign: Gemini.
Looking for: man. In age: 32-42
If I had to describe myself I would say passionate, caring, giving, funny, smart and very observant. I am someone who loves to laugh and have discovered over the years this is vital to find in someone else that you are dating or in a relationship with. My down time is often spent with family and friends. The biggest love of my life is my 4 year old niece who I spend a lot of time with. Family is very important to me. I like to keep in shape and take care of myself. I think this year I would like to try some more adventurous things in regards to travel and sport events. What am I looking for in someone...I want to meet someone who knows their place in life at this point. Has their career and are driven. that being said I also would like to meet someone who has a great sense of humor and knows how to have fun :) Someone that can let loose and is not completely obsessed with one thing in life such as working out and diet. Don't get me wrong keeping in shape and being healthy is important but I want someone who can steer away once in awhile and eat something bad or goes out for drinks. I am going to keep my write up short and hopefully the connection will do all the talking ... :)Not into sexual encounters do not message me if that is your intent!

Am I the only one who thinks there should be a "Would like to date, nothing serious yet, but get to know someone before thinking about a relationship" button? Simply put, I'm a tall girl looking to meet a nice, (preferably) tall guy. Well, not too too nice ;) I'm pretty laid back and am equally comfortable dressed up for a nice night on the town as I am throwing on my GoreTex in this crazy weather or chilling at home in my sweats. And as if my confidence, brains and striking good looks aren't enough (insert eye-rolling here), apparently I have a pretty kick ass sense of humour, and no filter (though I'm quite capable of applying one when the situation calls for it). As far as interests/hobbies go, I like to keep active (running, inline skating, dodgeball, basketball, volleyball, skiing, hiking and citywalking, etc). I travel when I can. I love reading, music (all kinds), singing, dancing...the list goes on. Most important to me, however, are my family, friends, and of course, my awesome wiener (dog). But I shall stop here -- can't reveal everything at once, right??PS: If you can play Canasta, you've just earned your first brownie point! Good food, good company, lots of laughs....anything from grabbing a coffee and walking the beach or the city, to hiking, biking, blading or Jenga...now who doesn't love a good game of Jenga??

My favorite holiday always has and will always be Halloween. This year I'm going as the Devil in a blue dress. Really wish I could find some blue devil horns, for some reason they are just as impossible to find as blue fuzzy cuffs - but that's a whole other story. ;)I just turned 33. I can't explain why, but the odd numbers have always made me uncomfortable. You'll never hear me say 29 forever. I'll stick with 30. I work full time and have my own place. I would expect the same from anyone I date. I don't care how rich you are, it's not about money it's about responsibility. If you live with mom and dad, I would hope you're in college and not fresh outta prison. :PI work out. I've lost a lot of weight that I plan to keep off for life. Needless to say I eat rather healthy, but I don't mind cheating once and awhile.- if you ask me where so-and-so place is, I'm just gonna reassure you I can use google maps and my GPS to get there. I'm slowly figuring out the GVRD, but I come from what I now refer to as a 'small town'.In closing, I will end this description of who I am with quotes that I like:“Normality is a paved road: It’s comfortable to walk, but no flowers grow on it." ~;It's our struggles that define us, and the hardships we endure." ~Hatebreed“I am weird, you are weird. Everyone in this world is weird. One day two people come together in mutual weirdness and fall in love.” ~Dr. Seuss"Sticking feathers up your butt does not make you a chicken." ~ It's cheaper than a movie, and there's free coffee.
