About Me

If I had to describe myself I would say passionate, caring, giving, funny, smart and very observant. I am someone who loves to laugh and have discovered over the years this is vital to find in someone else that you are dating or in a relationship with. My down time is often spent with family and friends. The biggest love of my life is my 4 year old niece who I spend a lot of time with. Family is very important to me. I like to keep in shape and take care of myself. I think this year I would like to try some more adventurous things in regards to travel and sport events. What am I looking for in someone...I want to meet someone who knows their place in life at this point. Has their career and are driven. that being said I also would like to meet someone who has a great sense of humor and knows how to have fun :) Someone that can let loose and is not completely obsessed with one thing in life such as working out and diet. Don't get me wrong keeping in shape and being healthy is important but I want someone who can steer away once in awhile and eat something bad or goes out for drinks. In the winter I'm more of an indoor kind of girl with the exception of skiing.I don't really allow myself a whole bunch of spare time (one may call me a mover and a shaker) as I have a fantastic career that keeps me busy and when I'm not working I like to travel, go for drinks (espeically on a patio!!), I do like to spend time at home once in a while catching up on my fav tv shows or watching a movie. I am making a conscious effort to get out there and try new things and be more active. I enjoy going for walks, hiking, rollerblading (I'm not an all-star by any means but am certainly getting better).I love to watch football (I find NFL more entertaining but I watch both) and hockey, play golf and volleyball, I love music pretty much all kinds, also I love to cook and bake! I'm looking for someone who is honest (don't just tell me what you think I want to hear), goal oriented, driven, thoughtful, funny, trustworthy, good communicator, doesn't try to run my life or try to make me into the person they think I should be (I'm not about to do the same either) also someone who wants a family, is fun, outgoing and likes to try new things.     It's quite an adjustment for me coming from a larger city to a smaller town but I'm excited for the new adventures I'll have and the new awesome friends I will meet.
