Woman. 31 years old. Zodiac sign: Aquarius.
Looking for: man. In age: 28-38
As you can see, my interests are vast, and I'm always open to adding to them. I both like to plan adventures and drop everything and just do something fun. This summer I have hiked up The Chief twice so far (third peak) and I am wanting to try out some new mountain trails, plus do the Grouse Grindagain. I spend a lot of time walking around lakes, reading, swimming, painting and writing on my own, but with friends I love lake side BBQing, boating, going to all kinds of festivals and concerts, kayaking, playing board games, having dinner/dance parties, campfires, and meeting new people. I have travelled quite a bit as week long vacations, and that's always great fun, but my favorite travels were tenting in 18 countries through Europe, and I would love to do that again, hopefully soon. I'd like to meet someone who is fun, interesting, outgoing and charismatic, with a fantastic sence of humor, positive outlook, and integrity. With every year that passes, I find myself getting less and less judgmental of others, and so I would like to be around accepting and open minded people as well. I like to take care of my health, stay fairly active and try to maintain a balance of recreation and leisure, with goal setting and achievements. I'm open to meeting all types of personalities, however I will be far less compatible with guys who smoke, are into one night stands, "hardcore partying", or can't hold an intelligent conversation. Although I do really enjoy meeting new people and experiencing things through fresh eyes, my end goal is to have a quality, mutually rewarding, long term relationship. Woman. 35 years old. Zodiac sign: Pisces.
Looking for: man. In age: 32-42
I am 35 and back on the dating scene again after a short hiatus. I opened my own small dog grooming business a few months ago and keep busy with that. I am confident in myself and in life, and I am happy where I am. I'm not a headcase or a game player, I really don't have time for that. Although all this sounds very serious and down to business, that's not all of who I am. I am looking for a serious relationship, but not in the intense serious kind of way. I'm an independant kind of girl, and am not looking to be suffocated by someone. I am looking for a man to compliment my life, to improve it, not be it. I am looking for a best friend who I can trust with my heart, even if I don't see him everyday. But at the same time, I don't want anything "casual". I am looking for someone to teach me new things, and I can teach you new things. We can have adventures and awesome experiences together. And we can do those things apart of course, but always trusting and knowing that we will be regrouping and reconnecting soon. My hobbies are anything really. I love to keep busy, and would love someone to help keep me busy. I am into river kayaking, and am trying hard to improve at that right now. I have been experimenting a bit with dragon boating for a short time. I enjoy indoor rock climbing (but with no partner I haven't done it in a while), and I'm not adverse to learning outdoor. Along with sporty stuff, I also need my down time. I love to read, and do anything crafty or creative. I've just started taking guitar lessons as well (and wow, am I bad at it). I do drink socially, and don't mind if you do as well, but I'm not interested in someone who is a daily drinker. I have been vegetarian for almost 10 years and eat vegan at home (but you can eat whatever you want). I don't smoke and can't date a smoker. I don't do any drugs, well, mushrooms once in a blue moon :) But I need to be really comfortable with someone before I'll go there. My life goal is just to enjoy it! I work a lot right now, but am hoping that it pays off in the long run. Even though I love my job, it is still a job, and I love time off and doing things more. And I guess that is my goal. To have my business running successfully enough that I don't have to be there all time! I would rather be out enjoying life and laughing with someone beside me :)I am looking for a man who is confident and secure. He needs to be more on the assertive side and not be shy. Physical attraction is very important to me, so I'm just going to list a few of the things that are deal breakers for me... You have to be at least a few inches taller than me, you need to be at least slightly athletic, you need to not shave your chest (or at least be willing to grow it back), and no smokers!!!!! As well, I need to know that you have read my profile before you message me :) So include the word "; in your message so I know you've read this. As well..... no picture, no reply. A first date doesn't need to be craziness! I think something where conversation is encouraged, and getting to know one another. I think a first date is enough of a new experience that you don't need to add more to it. Just coffee, maybe some drinks, and conversation is all I require.
