Well hello! Thanks for stopping by. Here's a little bit about who I am...I am originally from the east coast and moved here 3 years ago. I miss it but I go home once a year to visit. I am a caring, honest, friendly, open-minded, funny, and unique woman. I am ready to find that spark, that four letter word...love. I am happy with life just missing someone to share it with.Like I said I am honest and there is something I need to share. I have herpes type one. Yes you read right, I have genital herpes. Its manageable and doesn't really effect my life except dating. Someone has to be open-minded and willing to accept me for who I am and this is a part of me. With proper medicine its manageable.     I haven't been on this site in a while so I thought I would give it another shot......A little about me..... Im a pretty adventurous girl, like the profile says up top! :P One day I want to pack a bag for a hot destination and take the first warm flight out. I spent a year in Australia. Amazingg! :) I love being out doors and keeping active especially in the summer. I do really enjoy those movie days on the couch with a big bowl of popcorn covered in butter. I'm a total foodie and not a picky eater at all. I love music especially live music, Im into pretty much anything and love getting introduced to new sounds. A great sence of humour and good conversation is such a turn on.     I'm an outdoor enthusiast, always willing to go somewhere, or try something new. I love good food, love to eat out, and love to cook. I love to host dinner parties, some of my favorite nights are with good company, a bottle of wine, and a good meal.I'm pretty social, but in a "like to be around good friends and talk to them (not at a loud bar) kind of way." On the weekends I love going to concerts (recent choices FUN, Imagine Dragons, Band of Horses), seeing regular or independent films, classical music or jazz concerts, film festivals (the touring versions of Banff and Reel Rock 8) When I lived on the west coast I surfed and skied. I'm not sure a "soul-mate" exists for everyone, but I'm looking for someone that I can't live without that is both a best friend and an activity partner. My friends say I have a slightly sarcastic sense of humor, I like to think I'm pretty outgoing, I can also be spontaneous and random at times . . . I have a few younger siblings that are hilarious and keep me laughing often. I love to travel out of the country, and i'm always planning my next trip in my head. Looking forward to seeing how this experience goes . . . . . My ideal first date with someone that I connected with online is in a public place (coffee shop), or at a bar for a drink. If it goes well, there will be plenty of opportunity to meet again. If it doesn't go well, then it is an easy out for both people.

    Mmmm...this is the hard part.I'm looking for a guy to get to know and spend some time with. Friends first and see where it goes. Ultimately someone who is looking to settle down and is past the club/bar stage. Not a hermit, just not every weekend. Ability to compromise. The older I get the more I appreciate this. A sense of humor, can laugh at himself and me. Sarcastic kind is a plus. Financial responsibility (and this doesn't mean rich, just responsible), relative happiness, and a desire to start a family (or add to it).
