I love baking, inviting friends and having game night or cooking weird desserts and food for them. I’m attracted to people with nice smile. It must be someone who keeps up with family traditions.

I love to read, play board games (if I have ppl to play with!), MUSIC is a big part of who I am...I like many different types: jazz, bluegrass, rock, reggae, metal, 80's! I love art and beauty and nature. I love to try unknown restaurants or pubs and see whats out there in the area. I have lived in many places all over the world. I am having a hard time meeting people here. Most people are too young, too "old", married, or have 50 babies or cannot hold a conversation. No offense! I have a teenage son who doesn't not live with me at the moment. I am separated, my husband is not living in this state and we intend to divorce. Some shows I like: Parks and Recreation, Master Chef, Arrested Development. I DO NOT like those dumbass reality shows like Dancing with the Idiots or those singing shows. I'm not big on shopping. I'm kind of a hippie in spirit, I guess...a bit of a Libertarian in politics, though I'm not really into politics. I like candles that smell good :) I smoke but would like to quit. I think marijuana should be legal. I drink occasionally but usually get tired from one or two drinks, lol. My goal is to make some friends and do some fun things while I'm here :) Ask me to check out a band with you, a restaurant you'd like to try, coffee and dessert at a book store...who knows? :)

How the heck do I even begin to describe myself? I'm a little out there and weird. I'd like to think that I have a pretty good sense of humor. Once I get past those awkward first few minutes of getting to know someone and become more comfortable with them, I become more outspoken and I joke around a lot. I've also been known to randomly read Shakespeare.TV: MSNBC crime documentaries, most things on TLC because they are freaking cracked out, A&E, and the Travel Channel. I'm a sucker for shows about haunted houses and historical sites, I do watch Supernatural, How I Met Your Mother, and Law and Order: SVU.Movies: Lord of the Rings, Seven Psychopaths, In Bruges, Monty Python movies, The Jurassic park series (In order from best to worst: 1, 3, 2. I could go on and on with this. I'm big on nostalgia music. I don't mind a guy that kisses other guys. I'm a very open minded girl and I can't be with someone who laughs at same sex couples. One of my best friends happens to be gay and I love him to death. I'm also pretty vocal about being for gay marriage. I'm Straight against Hate. I'm also not a republican by any means. I'm looking for someone who thinks outside the box. To be a bit more general with all of this, I'll say that I love musicians and people who are quirky, creative, and into the Arts. I love people that think globally and understand that there's more out there. If you are content to never leave the state/never leave the south, then you're probably not the guy for me. I haven't been on a date in a while, but I'd like to do a lot of talking. Anyone I can build a verbal connection with is someone that I would like to be around! Keep me interested in what you have to say. I love to laugh and if I can find someone who tells a pretty good joke, then we're alright. As far as specifics of a first date, I don't have any. The cliche dinner and a movie always works. It's beautiful down there and there's plenty of places to relax and talk to someone new!Oh, and if you happen to be Jared Leto or his doppelganger, I will fall in "like" with you ***
