I'm on here looking for...something, what exactly I don't know. But let's have a chat and maybe we can find out together. First off I'm looking for someone to hang with, get to know and take it from there. If fate steps in and we have what it takes to make a great couple then I'm all for that. Everyone has a history, me included, I think it's crazy to think people don't have some kind of baggage. But I'm pretty sure I can deal... I do have a daughter and am not afraid of dating someone with kids (that would be slightly hypocritical) BUT if you don't have kids then you have to love them and be comfortable dating someone with them. Don't panic, she doesnt come on dates and she doesnt need a dad. Her dad is very active in her life. I may be a mom, but I still like to have a good time, I love live music, going to the theatre, having a few drinks, hiking, hanging outside. My family are the most important thing in my life and I would have to be with someone who felt the same. If reading any of this piques your interest drop me a line and let's see what happens. A beer and a chat

What to say, what to say.....I am laid back and easygoing, I'm up for doing anything, since it's the people you are with that matter, not the places you are. Just don't ask me to pick a place to go, as I'm a horrible decision maker :-)I love my family, and they are a large part of my life, as well as my friends, who I truly love.I don't really travel much, and I'm fine with it, figured that was worth mentioning since most people love to travel. I'm not much for outdoors either, just sayin :-pI love long drives with yummy coffee and good music.Speaking of music, I hate downloading it, I love my CD's, and I am still mourning the loss of Tower Records.I could spend hours in a bookstore without buying a thing.I like to sit with people and talk about anything for hours, or just sit in a comfortable silence and enjoy each other's company. My favorite time in life was working part time at Starbucks. I had the permanent shakes, and I loved every minute of it.I try really hard to make people happy, but oddly do not except the same in return.I'm horribly shy when it comes to contacting men, whether we are just friends or more than that, so please, give me a pass and contact me first :***except for once in a while, every few months, I grow a set and start *** never lasts long lol)I work too much, and I'm looking for someone to give me a reason not too. I'm hoping that someone is a emotionally strong, mature, hard working man.Not sure what else to say, feel free to ask whatever you would like! Hmmm....I guess drinks or coffee. You tell me :-)

I try to keep an open mind with anything that comes to me. I laugh often, it really doesn't take much to get me giggling. My taste in humour is from the silly to the sarcastic nature. I can laugh at myself which is good because I am not graceful: physically or verbally. I've also been told that I can be funny, usually quite unintentionally. I can be teased easily and but can tease right back. I get to work outside during the summer in gardens, which is great and during the winter for now I work retail, not so great. I've started working more with vegetable gardening and want to get into more farming in the future. I look forward to when I can rely on it as my main source of income. As for who I'm looking for, I don't know exactly who I'm looking for. I don't really have a fixed idea for a mate. Someone who respects me, of course, challenges and someone who's looking for fun.As for pop culture likes. Chances are any playlist I put together will include Queens of the Stone Age (they just put out a new album and am really liking it), White Stripes, Modest Mouse, Tea Party, Dead Man's Bones, The Tragically Hip, usually a little Rob Zombie. I read lots of mystery, biographies, reference books. I've been getting more and more interested in science (math biology, botany, physics, etc) lately, so trying to read/learn more. As for t.v or movies I tend to go for comedies, sci-fi, mysteries, depressing musicals or horror. Some of my favorites are How I Met Your Mother, True Blood, The Evil Dead Series, The Wire (one of the very few dramas I actually like), Psych, Doctor Who (my mom had me watching from the original), Jesus Christ Super Star and West Side Story.
