Hi there! Thanks for taking a minute to look through my profile, and feel free to send me a message if you have an interest in getting to know me a little better. My friends would say that I'm kind, smart, friendly, and always there when they need anything! I pride myself on building strong friendships and surrounding myself with good people. I highly value my friends and family, especially my adorable nieces and nephew. I lived out of state for a while, but then moved back to be closer to home (but not too close). I am blessed to have such a supportive family and wonderful friends in my life!I enjoy my work with college students, and I put a lot of time and effort into my professional side (hence the need to try out the online get-out-and-meet-someone option). I'm also currently pursuing my master's degree.I'm an independent gal, but I would love to find someone to share life's experiences with. I've poured myself into my work in recent years, so now I'm starting to get back in the dating scene a bit. I'm more of a relationship girl than a casual dater, so when I date someone, I'm looking to see if it will eventually progress into something more. I'm in no rush to find someone, but I thought I would try this just to put myself out there more. A little more about me... I'm a personally conservative gal with liberal social views. I enjoy traveling, but I'm more of an explorer than a risky adventurer. I'm an introvert with extrovert traits (I enjoy spending a quiet night in, but I can schmooze a crowd with the best of them). I can be a farm girl or a girly-girl. I'm both logical and creative, serious and sarcastic, idealistic and realistic. My practical side tends to get the best of me at times, but sometimes I just need some excitement to keep me rejuvenated (read that as "I have a long to-do list, but I'm going to take a spontaneous weekend road-trip ***;). I'm looking for a nice, down-to-earth guy to spend time with and see if something develops. I enjoy people who are sincere, thoughtful, funny, and willing to try new things. I think it's great when people in a relationship help one another become better, balance each other, and keep things real. I care a lot about others and put people first in my life, so it's nice to have someone who is willing to care for me, too. :) I'm up for chatting at a coffee shop, going out to dinner, checking out a fun local event, or strolling through a park.     I am trying this again...not sure what I am doing wrong but I haven't had much luck with this site! I am not picky, just know what I want and won't settle. When I say that I am not picky that means that I don't judge. I understand everyone has issues in their lives. However, it's who you areb now that I'm interested in,and what you have learned from your past. I have came a long way in my life over the last year, and I don't want any one to in my life who is going to bring me down from staying focused. So now that I have vented, lol, a little about me. I am a 32 yr old single mom of two boys, 10 and 3. They are a handful. I am a very down to earth woman. I have a very big heart and would still help out an enemy if they were stranded on the side of the road. I believe in forgiveness, not for the person who needs forgiven, but for myself to find peace from the situation. I am not afraid to be myself around anybody, if you can't handle me at my worst, you don't deserve me at my best. I love being a smart ass at times, but am very serious when life calls for me to be. Eventually, I would like to meet the man that I am going to spend the rest of my life with. I am in no hurry, I am content being single, and don't "need" a man. I am very independent and don't have time jealousy. If your going to cheat, your going to do it no matter what! I am not going to lose any sleep over it, but you will not be a part of my life after that. My schedule is a little hectic as I have my kids and work over 50 hrs a week, but I am free every Tues night and every other weekend after work. Due to this, I enjoy texts throughout my day from "my guy" or just a call at the end of the night to talk about our day. I'm not into playing by these so called rules someone, somewhere stipulated when it comes to dating, if we click let's have fun and just go with it! Let's do this! Lol! An actual date would be nice!!! Not just talking via ***, or text!! Coffee, drinks, whatever!
