My goal is to make it to retirement (7 years away) and then spend my retirement exploring all the wonderful possibilities that will present themselves. :-) My taste in music is quite varied...As long as it isn't abrasive or profane, I probably can find something about it to enjoy. Loyalty, kindness and honesty are traits that I prize. Additionally...Do not bother to contact me unless you have a picture on your profile. If you are a serial dater, have unresolved/committment issues, are still in love with your ex/late wife, are seriously bigoted or prejudiced, are an agnostic/atheist, or like to play the "chat game", then pass me by. I am not the type to date someone when they're continuing to look for the next new target, are trying to figure out what to do with themselves or are unable to profess a belief in God. What I am looking for is a professionally-minded, non-control freak, gentleman who knows what he wants and is capable of talking about something else other than his ex/late wife continually...That's the *** of death for any date. The man I'm looking for is a Christian...And can come in from fishing in the morning, get cleaned up and then go out to a very nice restaurant in the evening, all with equal ease. I know this individual must exist...I just haven't met him yet. And no...I am not the type to do the "just friends" thing. By the way...I've tried repeatedly to change my age on this thing and it won't allow me to...I'm 50, not 53. Old enough to know better...Old enough to know how to get away with it anyway! lol A great first date would be my meeting a gentleman at a really great restaurant, where we would share life experiences over a bottle of moscato. Following that, we would could go out to a movie, if we are finding that we are enjoying each other's company. :-) If we find that we have some commonalities, then perhaps a second date might involve us going out antiquing...Or, if we're really getting along well, going out fishing...Just be prepared to compare stringers at the end of the date. :-)

    I am trying this again...not sure what I am doing wrong but I haven't had much luck with this site! I am not picky, just know what I want and won't settle. When I say that I am not picky that means that I don't judge. I understand everyone has issues in their lives. However, it's who you areb now that I'm interested in,and what you have learned from your past. So now that I have vented, lol, a little about me. I am a 32 yr old single mom of two boys, 10 and 3. They are a handful. I am a very down to earth woman. I have a very big heart and would still help out an enemy if they were stranded on the side of the road. I believe in forgiveness, not for the person who needs forgiven, but for myself to find peace from the situation. I am not afraid to be myself around anybody, if you can't handle me at my worst, you don't deserve me at my best. I love being a smart ass at times, but am very serious when life calls for me to be. Eventually, I would like to meet the man that I am going to spend the rest of my life with. I am in no hurry, I am content being single, and don't "need" a man. I am very independent and don't have time jealousy. If your going to cheat, your going to do it no matter what! I am not going to lose any sleep over it, but you will not be a part of my life after that. My schedule is a little hectic as I have my kids and work over 50 hrs a week, but I am free every Tues night and every other weekend after work. Due to this, I enjoy texts throughout my day from "my guy" or just a call at the end of the night to talk about our day. I'm not into playing by these so called rules someone, somewhere stipulated when it comes to dating, if we click let's have fun and just go with it! Let's do this! Lol! An actual date would be nice!!! Not just talking via ***, or text!! Coffee, drinks, whatever!

    Time to be honest....1) I do see that there are some very good looking men of Color on here, and though I appreciate your interest....I am not interested. please DO NOT take offense to this, just being honest.2) Not interested in a FWB....(that is easy to find)Anyway.......Great Kisser Wanted! and a loving, lasting relationship with one man who wants one woman (I am faithful to a fault!!!)
