About Me

I have been divorced for 8 years. I am bored...I would like someone to hang out with, and do things with. I don't want to go to bars to meet people, so, I find myself doing things on my own, or with my girlfriends. It would be fun to do things with someone of the opposite sex. I am a Northern Girl at heart, love the outdoors (except if it is hot and humid, then the only place to hang out is the beach,in a boat, or in the air conditioning.)Spring and fall are my favorite seasons. If It were up to me, I would love to go back to the country! I am a true believer in chemistry, if we have it, great, then something could come out of it, if not, I have a new friend. My taste in music is what I am in the mood for at the time...from old 20's and 30's to rock and roll to classical...just depends. No Rap though, and I think country music is sad. I am not a materialistic person, you can't buy friends. Anyone that knows me, would tell you I am funny, witty, love to crack jokes and laugh. Shy at first, but once you get to know me.....lol....I would like to have someone that can spend some time with me. I work M-F have weekends off, and would like someone who would have a schedule like that, so that we could get together on the weekdays, or the weekends. I am very fun loving, witty person. People say I have a great sense of humor, shy at first, but when you get to know me, I am very devoted, and I am a one man woman. Are you that person? By the way. I quit smoking.I am on the E-cig. And will never go back to smoking cigarettes. Hate the smell and what it was doing to me. I would like to meet in a public place, maybe for dinner or lunch, and get to know you, and talk, to see what we have in common, then go from there.

    I am trying this again...not sure what I am doing wrong but I haven't had much luck with this site! I am not picky, just know what I want and won't settle. When I say that I am not picky that means that I don't judge. I understand everyone has issues in their lives. I am not afraid to be myself around anybody, if you can't handle me at my worst, you don't deserve me at my best. I love being a smart ass at times, but am very serious when life calls for me to be. Eventually, I would like to meet the man that I am going to spend the rest of my life with. I am in no hurry, I am content being single, and don't "need" a man. I am very independent and don't have time jealousy. If your going to cheat, your going to do it no matter what! I am not going to lose any sleep over it, but you will not be a part of my life after that. My schedule is a little hectic as I have my kids and work over 50 hrs a week, but I am free every Tues night and every other weekend after work. Due to this, I enjoy texts throughout my day from "my guy" or just a call at the end of the night to talk about our day. I'm not into playing by these so called rules someone, somewhere stipulated when it comes to dating, if we click let's have fun and just go with it! Let's do this! Lol! An actual date would be nice!!! Not just talking via ***, or text!! Coffee, drinks, whatever!
