You don't realize how hard it is to talk about yourself til someone asks you to.....then what do you say? I have a great job that keeps me busy with a very non traditional schedule. This can make for a challenging life. I have made a committment to do the things that I have always wanted to do. I volunteer at the local hospital. I think I have a good sense of humor and am convinced I will have my own HBO comedy special one day. Have not gotten too far with that plan but my motto is "never say never!"I like to be around new people becasue it gives you the opportunity to learn new things. Everyone brings something interesting to the table, you just have to find out what it is. I work in the entertainment industry so I get to experience all types of music whether I like it or not! Actually it has caused me to broaden my music listening. Who knew country music can be enjoyable to listen to?I like to think that time and experiences have taught me to be a better person and embrace things in life that I might not have in the past. I have grown and learned from those around me. Now it's time to put all of that to the test First dates should be about getting to really know someone. Not too much pressure. Maybe meeting for coffee or lunch at a place where there is good people watching so there is something to spark conversation in case it gets stalled. I think the key is to make plans to do something where both people can feel comfortable.
